ok, heres what you do, listen carefully because your existence is in grave menace!! Warning this is not for the squeamish, it is crude but there is not much time.

one and the same thing happen to me a while back. what i did be first, stop the bleeding as much as possible. then own some one hold down your arm, and some one else hit it with a sledge hammer until the bone looks better placed. then merely sew it up, and you should be okay for a few weeks. then it will probably bring infected.
