I wanna grow!!?
im 5'3 and 15 years old this month. and im a girl.. hahaha anyways, ive be eating very well, i walk my dog and hour a time, and ive been drinking atleast 4-5 cups of milk a time. but the problem is, i havent been competent to sleep so well.. i slump asleep around 1am-2am and i wake up around 10am-11am. i put away about close to a good 1200-1500 calories a light of day and that's usually alot for me. yet still. i havent grown an inch!! i have a sneaking suspicion that it's because i havent been sleeping right. so ive a short time ago been similar to getting fatter. gross. i really wanna be a good 5'6!!Answers:
You obligation to relax and be patient. Girls are not done growing until they're 19-20.
You have need of to get to bed sooner and get up closer. And exercise. I don't see any exercise there? How can you expect to burn the calories you devour when you never exercise. You should be walking for 1 hour EVERY day, surrounded by addition to the hour beside the dog----at least. And I tight walk---put your butt into it. Height is based on your genes---and at hand is nothing you can do your filch that will make you grow faster or more than you're supposed to be. And nearby is no way to know what that will be until you are done growing.
It might freshly be a slow growing spurt. You will come around and grow more, you still have a few more growing years on ya.

Looks like you are doing yourself severely well. :] Maybe more exercise would back? Push ups, jogging, ect, zilch heavy.
Eat plenty of veggies and fruits, a cliche, but they really do relieve! Dried fruits help hand over you energy for more exercise.
Just be long-suffering and over time you will grow well, don't verbs about sleeping, that's lately a myth created by parents to make children sleep quicker... It doesn't matter when you sleep as long as you enjoy a good sleeping stencil and get at tiniest 8 hours.

Similarly, when I be about your age I told my doctor indistinguishable thing and asked if he would consider growth hormone shots for me. Well, except for me being nutty at God for not putting it in my gene pool to be any taller, that essentially be the end of the business. Of course, I no longer harbor the grudge against God for not being put together the process I thought I should have be as a teenager. You must hold some blurriness when you don't wear your glasses so culture just assume that you eye site is really impossible and maybe newly want to know how bad your eye site is. Most society who ask that question when any body take their glasses bad are probably a bit thick though.
