also, a little trick to facilitate you fall asleep is tou count your breaths. count every breath until 12, after restart at 1. its harder than you think because after a while your mind will drift bad and you will fall asleep.

Muscle twitching starting to bother me. Could it be anxiety?
well, for give or take a few a week, random muscles adjectives over my body, includint leg, arm, shoulder, abs.have be twitching.it lasts for roughly speaking 4 or 5 seconds and go away, its very fluffy and hard to make out, and includes no pain or cramps.i enjoy an anxiety disorder
