Does anyone whip ferrous sulfate for low iron?
Hi just wondering if anyone take this iron supplement? I went tot the doc to find out I have a low ferritin level 13 (norm 20-150) and I am worried to take it because I suggest I may be allergic to it! Are there any other ways to build up low iron stores in need taking meds? Thank youAnswers:
If you want to take an iron supplement, find one where on earth the iron is bound organically (ferrous sulfate is inorganic). You'll get much better digestion of the iron. Look for ferrous gluconate.
If you're hesitant to rob the supplement approach, eat meat, raisins, nuts, and beans, instead.
Go put money on to your doctor.
This is the standard treatment for anemia. You need to start the iron. I doubt you are allergic to it unless you took it beforehand and were allergic to it. WIthout the iron tablets you most probable won't get adequate iron even if you ate liver every day for the rest of your enthusiasm.

Why Do I Always Feel Sick?
Ever since I was a kid I would other feel sick when I be about to step out or hang out near friends I would have to put an end to because I would feel close to I was going to throw up or hold to go number 2. omg. i quality the same road. i thought i was resembling the only one near a problem like this. i skipped class at academy bc i felt sick to my stomach. i would hold to go to the bathroom to give support to myself. sometimes i would have to hold going to the bathroom. i felt form of crampy and bloated or something. i just typed within stomach problems and i found something that seemed alot of the symptoms ive be having. look up on google "Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS."
