Shortness of breath!!?
Hope someone can help!! I hold recently have a problem whereby i dont feel as though i can thieve a deep plenty breath sometimes. Normal breathing is fine its just when i try and pilfer a deeper breath i only appear to be able to move about so far and then "something" stops me breathing within deeper. Any ideas? I thought I don`t know a mild form of asthma maybe but thats a short time ago guesswork really!!Answers:

How do I relax next to so much to do?
I am a full time mom of 3 kids. 9, 7, and 6. Full time student. And have what feel like a million things to do around the house every afternoon. I feel over whelmed and over stressed. I involve to take time for myself and time to relax. I can't sleep at hours of darkness and when I do I sleep for maybe 3-4 hours and I am at it again. Anyone enjoy any ideas??Answers:
