It's possible that you aren't inhaling with ample force, or that you do not have the tip of the dispenser far ample into your nostril. I don't think that you should do it awake...most places endow with you something for pain and next something that kind of give you amnesia... its called conscious or moderate sedation.. if you dont own any meds to relax you, this procedure would probably be very self-conscious for you... You can dawdle and see, but most likely you will not grow any taller. Most guys stop growing taller by close to 18 or 19. If you are past puberty, i doubt any growth hormone would relieve. Even if you tried, the side-effects would probably outweigh the CHANCE you could gain an inch or something taller.
Honestly, I would NOT worry around your height. I assume you are thinking one shorter hurts your chances beside women. But really it doesn't. Just accept that you will be that rise for the rest of your life. Or wear taller shoes, see if it help.

No, you haven't ruined the ones you've already taken. Like you say, the motivation for taking food with your medication is to prevent stomach upset, irritation, and possible ulcer. If your stomach hasn't been upset or irritated, later you are fine. Just start taking it with food from very soon on to prevent any problem.
