I believe it effect ones mood, which will effect ones daily routine of a "healthy" lifestyle.

I have the exact same problem. I even tried burping with soda, but I get nothing. I tried though, every haphazard I got.
Sometimes I purely sat myself down beside a can of soda and just drank and tried over and over again. Finally, I started to get hold of a few small burps (that probably took me a good 30 minutes of trying) and eventually I be able to pounding my brother.
The only problem is that sometimes I burp in need trying, which can get mode of embarrassing out within public.

stand straight against the wall and put something like a ruler over your manager and move away, but make sure you do not remove the ruler from the wall. after just judge how high it is from the floor to the ruler. simple. and it take about two minutes.
I bet you're 5'8", because you weren't standing straight, it isn't far stale from 5'7", and if you add two inches it comes to 5'10", which isn't far from 5'11".
