Why am I so tired?
I stayed awake all hours of darkness last darkness. When I got home, I slept for 7 hours and woke up at 10 pm. It's midnight in a minute and I'm still extremely sleepy. Why am I so tired when I did get my sleep? Don't post "economically just jump to sleep" because I know that. My question is, why after a full time of sleeping am I still tired?Answers:

It probably have something to do with your biological clock. If you in general go to bed at dark, your body's biological or internal clock will recognize a time for you to start inkling sleepy. Even though you just get 7 hours rest, your biological clock is still saying it's time for you to start fear sleepy since it's night time. It's zilch to worry something like, 100% normal.
Maybe you purely are not giving your body the amount of rest it wants. Try exercising, that other makes me discern better when i am feeling tired, believe it or not.
Because you stayed up adjectives night stupid principal! Your clock in your brain is set to sleep at darkness, day sleepin dont do you any dutiful! And you only get 7 when you need around 9. Drugs cause it worse.
