Im obese...but i dont devour at adjectives?

i am an indian girl, 21 years old and my dads side of the ethnic group are all obese. i be born and live in kenya. i be born over weight and own been ever since. i weigh 122kgs and am 5ft 3inches elevated. i rearely eat and hold 2 meals a daylight to the most, im never hungry. i have be diagnosed with PCOS and i own hypoinsulimia- low blood sugar. i alo produce a lot of adrogens. and i hold high blood pressure. i am on metformin, blood pressure and hormone medication.
its unyielding for me to loose any weight and instead i am putting on roughly half a kilo a month.

its probably genetic, but also not consumption can give you seriously of weight if you binge. You don't get through, but later you catch so hungry and eat and drink. Especially at night when your gluten level increase and you crave something sweet and salty. its best to follow a diet. you wonder why relatives who eat closely stay slim. they get their drive from food then burn it past its sell-by date.
