6 months ago in February i have a severe stress related event.

This stress related event had me thinking in the region of suicide for a good week, where on earth i would wake up contained by the middle of the night beside a pain within my heart i have never ever feel in my time before.

Difficulty sleeping..?

I have have difficulty falling asleep, and staying asleep for a good few months in a minute.. I get around five hours on a appropriate night.. although sometimes I single manage an hour or two..
I estimate the cause could be stress related, as I'm currently within the middle of my GCSEs, having missed over a quarter of the work already due to impossible timing on my parents behalf with relocation from Australia - so I own a bit to contend with at the moment.
I enjoy tried things like have only a pallid meal surrounded by the evening and not eating anything for a worthy few hours before bed, and taking a brisk hike and then a reheat bath in the past bed..

I can't achieve to sleep without music. I put on Il Divo Ancora or some New World Music and I can never remember the disc stopping before I drift stale. Sometimes I also mix lavender with boiling river and pop it on my windowsill.. the scent fills the room and its sooooo relaxing. From my own experience, falling asleep is no a problem as long as you want to get some sleep, I enjoy noticed that I am falling asleep but I hang on to typing or using the computer, that is the wrong track, IF YOU WANT TO FALL ASLEEP take a couple of regular Tylenol and story in bed AND START COUNTING SHEEP but don't find up, if you get up finding any excuses you will interrupt the process of falling asleep.

Healthier lifestyle?

I'm 135/140 lbs and 5'2". I have fairly big thighs and a big pudge for a lower abdomen. I used to be anorexic when I be about 13 or 14. I've be struggling with bulk all my existence, especially since I was premature and almost not weighed anything. Anyway, everyday my knees and subsidise especially hurt. Bad acne. Oh and horrible periods once a month. I would close to to start eating in good health (I'm a huge fast food eater), I would close to to find some healthy activites, be contained by less stomach-ache for my periods, possibly receive rid of my acne, and I would like to freshly be healthy within general. I want to start taking vitamins, but not sure what to run, especially since I can't have citric bitter and have exceptionally oily skin.
