I own a problem near sleeping process to much?

I work a job that starts at 3 o clock contained by the afternoon and i get bad at 11 at nite and i just cant dance to bed till like three surrounded by the morning. I go through that for years. Its the hours you work that causes you to be so tired. Its not the amount of sleep you get hold of, but its the time of day you sleep that make quality sleep. I sympathize, I've have the same problem on and rotten for years. You don't give a great deal of detail as to general sleep/eating behaviour, so here are some that have worked for me: I uncommonly eat or drink anything near caffeine in it anymore - this made a huge difference. I also started setting two alarms instead of one - I'd set one for the time I looked-for to aim to get up - and one an hour *earlier*. This provoked me to wake up more rapidly, but still felt similar to I was "allowing" myself to sleep within. Fish is awesome because it's super easy to prepare (I use saline, pepper & parsley on the trout, pepper, parsley & a drizzle of honey on the salmon) and incredibly fast to cook - so the veggies are going to pinch about 5 minutes to nuke and the fish take about 15 minutes surrounded by a preheated oven.

Sorry, this turned into a bit of a sermon - it's just that it have constantly amazed me how quickly I saw a difference and how much more drive I suddenly had.

Unisom tablets for sleeping?

Hi, I have suffered near severe insomnia for years, since a little girl. Why my mother didn't refer me to a doctor I'll never know! I've have a thyroid blood test because my mother have thyroid probs, it came rear legs 2.53, the doc says to be exact normal. To lend a hand me sleep I've trid everything inc. excercise, 5-HTP (made me depressed), L-Tryptophan (made me very sick), Melatonin (sent me wierd), a mixture of Hops, passiflora, valerian, avena etc (was OK but not great), St John's Wort (was brilliant for 4 months afterwards started waking up for a few hours). Now I've resorted to Unisom (2 weeks now), I filch 1/4 with no side effects, it works great and I am severely happy next to the result but not happy that it isn't instinctive. It says on the box use for 2 weeks but if I don't use it, I will not sleep. With these I catch a good 9-10 hours of bliss and wake up refreshed. Should I be concerned taking 1/4 every dark or is there any other intuitive magical out there. Do these tab suppress the adrenals.

umm the only things that come to mind would b to slow ur self down b4 u turn to sleep lay down read a book u no just something to tire ur self out but i recommend a pill call melatonin. its a lil pill u can pick up at any drug store and wut it does is it resets ur sleep cycle and helps u dance to sleep on a schedule.
hey i enjoy the same problem and not even 2 minutes ago, did i post impossible to tell apart question. ably, anyways, what i do sometimes, is play a video game (like tetris on my cell phone) contained by bed to clear my mind, tire my arms, and eyes to help me grasp tired faster. Or you can read a book (like my english homework-10 pages of prefixes, suffixes, and roots, or write, something that doesn't involve bright lights (like me typing on my labtop when i really should be within bed lol)
