Try playing music that keeps you energized, and for your eyes, try turning down the brightness of the eyeshade. Also, if you were goggles or contacts, check your prescription. Try taking breaks, walk to attain a cup of water every partly hour to let your eyes rest and it will also rouse you up!
Have your eyesite checked specifically for computer usage. I have a large frequency of migraine and work on a computer daily. My eye dr. said that you own to take a 5 min. break from looking at the peak every hour.
Computer work is the hardest on your eyes.
Getting tired - basically alike. Working behind a computer can put anyone to sleep. Some things that lend a hand is scheduling regular breaks.
Practice proper breathing and always sit beside good posture - both foot on the floor. Chi gung exercises very cooperative if there is someone that teach it in your nouns.

What do they do when they surgically remove a bunion?

First person have it pretty much right. They break at least one bone, two if it's a severe bunion, move everything rear in stripe, pin and/or screw it together, then put you on crutches for a month or so.

But As far as i know... they need to break a bone or I don`t know a few in your foot... Shave down some of the bone that sticks out... and after they put in an absorbable pin or two to hold on to it together.. stitch you up.. put you in a sort.. and You're set.

I have have two employer drug tests and both times they enjoy called and asked if I be taking medication for ADHD so it must show up pretty specifically. drug screens are usually technically specific. They are looking for illegal drugs that shouldn't be within your system. I am thinking you are suffering from Hypothyroidism, a condition where the thyroid gland does not function properly. Medication can correct that. Go to your Family Physician who can enjoy blood work done at a lab to test for specific problems.
I own hypothyroidism. I was draggy for copious years before a notably intelligent Physician's Assistant discovered it and put me on Synthroid for the rest of my life.
I doubt it is related to your diet.

There could be oodles reasons - you should see your GP who can do proper investigations.
There could be plentiful things affecting your sleeping patterns. One of these could be that you are not getting plenty fruit and veg and are generally not ingestion the right type of foods. If this is not the case, travel and see your gp. It could be something a little more serious similar to sleep apnea and if this is the case, you won't know until it is diagnosed. Talk to your gp.
