Sleeping problems?
ive been rather stressed at work and im struggling to sleep now. ive be prescribed sleeping tablets by my gp but i dont want to get reliant on these. does anyone hold any ideas on how i can relax easier and grasp a good night sleepAnswers:
I have like peas in a pod problems sometimes. First, if at all possibel, disappear your stress from work at work. Easier said than done. I have found that coming home and relaxing contained by a semi dark, low room. No tv, children or other distractions. Eat supper, take a nice hot BATH, not shower, beside some lavender bath saline. If you can, go to a hip bath and body works store and get some lavender spray to mist on your pillow. Get surrounded by the bed and RELAX. If watching tv helps, indulge, but try to hang on to away from the distractions. I know all this sounds too "girlie" but the lavender hip bath salts and spray work! Good luck!
i enjoy the same problem and my doctor suggestd to pocket vitamen b6
Start walking in the evening. Reduce your saline intake. Get rid of nicotine and caffeine. Make sure the bedroom is comfortable for sleeping-quiet and cool.
Sign up for yoga classes .
At work ,take a lunch break and during that break freshly relax and do nothing. Get massage at least once a week.
I am dealing next to the same point and unfortunately I enjoy resorted to "Simply Sleep" an over the counter sleep aid. I have be taking it for about a month and a partly and I do sleep much better than before. I am still surrounded by the midst of a stressful period and haven't even tried sleeping minus them, so I don't know if I will feel "dependent" on them. The carton says non mannerism forming...maybe one of now I will give it try.
Try taking a thaw shower before bed.. They also market soap to help you relax.. Also reading up to that time bed seems to minister to...Or a health food store sell natural sleeping remedies that minister to also..
Most of the newer prescription sleeping aids aren't habit forming, if this is your fundamental concern talk to your Dr. or Pharmacist and ask them something like the one your Dr. gave you.
Also try starting a bedtime routine and stick to it respectively night. It help the body realize that it's "slow down" time and it begins to relax.
Don't smoke, or drink alcohol or anything near caffeine in it at most minuscule 4 hrs before you dance to bed. (I actually stop 6 hrs past I go to bed).
Try reading for 20-30 min up to that time you go to sleep, capture your brain focused on something other than work.
If you aren't asleep surrounded by at least 30 min, take out of bed for a while then try again then. By laying at hand and thinking about the certainty that you aren't sleeping, your stressing yourself out even more.
Hope this helps
You should stop exercising at lowest possible an hour before bed. Ideally, you should exercise surrounded by the morning or afternoon, not evening. Stop caffeine usage 5 hours before bed, avoid screen (computer, tv, video games) in the hour formerly bed. You could read, listen to music, take a tub etc., to calm yourself to comfort. Taking hours to fall asleep though is worrisome. Try some of these tips and if you're still have trouble, visit a doctor again.
you should return with at least 8 or 9 hours of sleep a dark that is what your body requirements to recharge it self every day

how does you body know when to wake up?I read your body wake up when its had plenty sleep?
if this is true... when you wake up can you get hold of up? even though you may feel inefficient and want to sleep more.. is it okay to get up? as you own had satisfactory sleep?

Answers:
Your body receive chemical signals from your brain that send the message that the toxins own been removed from your body and you enjoy had okay sleep.
However, as you get elder, the chemicals get extremely senile and they start to stir you up at all hours.
in truth your body it's self can go in need sleep.when we get tired it is in actual fact our brain that needs the rest so that it can process adjectives that was see and heard throughout the hours of daylight
your body also responds to light. when your body is in place to go to sleep, its responds to how much lighting is present. melatonin signals your body to go to sleep. we also enjoy a biological clock that signals the body when to wake up. if you procure at least 7-8 hours of honourable sleep, then it is fine to stir up.
The reticular activating center and the pons of the brain control wakefulness. When it's on, you're awake. If any is damaged, the soul will be in perpetual sleep.
We wake-up by craving, when our body has have enough, or when something wake us up (alarm clock). You may be awake and not want to get up.
Generally, 7-8 hours is considered fair for a normal grown. Less than that causes 'sleep debt', where on earth the body then tries to catch-up by making you tired the subsequent day. Sleep debt can be slept-off. You can catch-up on your sleep, if you are running astern in it. The problem is that you would be experiencing increasing tiredness beforehand you caught-up. All sorts of accidents and lost productivity occur because people don't achieve enough sleep.
The trouble beside sleep medicine is that it's a relatively unmarked field. There are plentiful aspects that remain poorly understood. Sometimes the explanation is that things begin because they do. That could be all the information available give or take a few some sleep activities.
Your body is exceptionally wonderfully
made...that's why you should
not abuse it.
If you move about to bed and get up
at pretty regular hours, your
body will set its own clock.
It have to do with melatonin
that puts you to sleep when
it get dark and the neutral of
day that reach your eyes.
This is also another hormone
but I can't remember its name. Your stomach also wake you up because your
body needs food. that's also
why you should not skip breakfast.

Yes, it most definitely will.
Here's a connection for some tips:
http://www.well.com/user/mick/insomnia/...
The nuts and bolts:
-eliminate caffeine completely (or at least after noon)
-go to sleep./wake up at a consistent time
-if you can't sleep, don't stay contained by bed--go do something in another room, or you will other subconsciously associate the bed with insomnia
-with that same logic, don't survey tv in bed, or associate anything excluding sleep (or sex) with your bed.
-don't drink a full-size amount of alcohol before bedtime--a chalice of wine works great, but nothing more.
-try meditation--if anything, it will at lowest help regenerate yourself during the hours of daylight
-avoid long daytime naps--20-30min maximum
-exercise regulary, but avoid strenous exercise late at dark
-avoid "solving" or "figuring out" stressful situations contained by your head during time you should be sleeping--basically tolerate go of your thoughts
-try some melt caffeine-free beverage before bedtime
-try a warm/hot shower/bath back bedtime
--an last but sure not least, you may want to see a analyst to address whatever stress, verbs or fear is keeping you up.
Oh yeah, and I would avoid sleeping pills and such. They are addictive, enjoy diminishing returns over prolonged periods, and are usually a band-aid within lieu of better, healther and deeper long-run solutions.
yes it could.
your body needs more rest than its getting.
you should see a doc and cooperate to him about this.
cant see a doc?
after go collaborate to your local pharamacist about it
and ask for something that will facilitate you sleep.
hope i helped.
<3 Andie
Yes it could. A creature needs, on average, 7-8 hrs of sleep per darkness to remain healthy.
If you are have problems getting to, or staying, asleep try cutting out caffeine at least possible 4 hrs before bedtime, smoking too.
Try not to chomp through or exercise late at dark.
If you are having problems getting to, or put money on to, sleep, get out of the bed for at smallest half an hour after try again.
Talk to your Dr. they can prescribe a medication that will help you stay asleep.

Why do we step to sleep after sex?
I always trip up asleep right after sex, is this normal for guys to do that?Answers:
Research shows that during ejaculation, men release a cocktail of brain chemicals, including norepinephrine, serotonin, oxytocin, vasopressin, nitric oxide (NO), and the hormone prolactin. The release of prolactin is related to the feeling of sexual self-satisfaction, and it also mediates the “recovery time” that men are okay aware of—the time a guy must wait previously “giving it another go.” Studies own also shown that men deficient contained by prolactin have faster recouping times.
Prolactin levels are essentially higher during sleep, and animals injected beside the chemical become tired immediately. This suggests a strong relationship between prolactin and sleep, so it’s likely that the hormone’s release during orgasm cause men to feel sleepy.
(Side data: prolactin also explains why men are sleepier after intercourse than after masturbation. For unknown reasons, intercourse orgasms release four times more prolactin than masturbatory orgasms, according to a recent study.)
Oxytocin and vasopressin, two other chemicals released during orgasm, are also associated next to sleep. Their release frequently accompanies that of melatonin, the primary hormone that regulates our body clocks. Oxytocin is also thought to drop off stress levels, which again could organize to relaxation and sleepiness.
tired
I do it all da time cuz im tired
when i own sex i get hungry and shape somethin cold yummy
I'm sure it has something to do next to exhaustion for adjectives that bump and grind.
I wish I could. I'm wide open awake for hours. Then again, I suffer from insomnia too.
My hubby does. I believe that an extensive amount of hormones are released when you orgasm and that relaxes the body and makes it sleepy.
So we don't budge into her sister's room.
yes the body releases chemicals , witch cause you to relax after orgasm so don't verbs about it , unless you really needed that 2nd ride of the night
Yes, it's average for anyone to do this. When you are sexually aroused, your body is using at least double the vigour it usually does. Therefore, it makes your body tired. It's extremely get-up-and-go draining for your body to produce the required things for you to have an erection.
