Trouble sleeping.?

I can't fall asleep tonight. Any suggestions?

Grab the nearest magazine or broadsheet, read a bit for say 25 mins, hold a warm mug of milk near honey in it, it will distribute ya into that other land believe me..
try taking a nice long hot shower...newly stay calm for an hour since u go to bed thats what i do and when that doesnt work afterwards i turn to Tylenol pm...sweet dreams!!
Tylenol PM or Benadryl make sure the room is nice and gloomy try a fan or something for backround rumbling that sometimes helps
I feel taking a long hot bath in recent times might do the trick in this situation, or even a thaw one could soothe you, and also when you close your eyes to go to sleep suppose of something that puts your mind at ease approaching looking at the ocean
close your eyes don't widen no matter what

is it normal to see your stomach move? similar to you can see your heart beat by seeing your stomach because mine moves same next to my pulse. and when i put my hand on my stomach i can consistency it, and its scary. is it typical?

Please support ASAP sleep trouble?

okay, im 17 and i just go to my dads for a few weeks im not sleeping well

the first two night i was here i be fine no problems

now for the final 5 days or so i go to bed at 11 and i cant plunge asleep

i lay there till 4 or 5 afterwards i move out to the living room and i fall asleep hastily

i gained an hour of travel if that matter

so why cant i sleep

*Do not read or monitor movies right before you move about to sleep.
*Do not read or eat on the bed.
*Make a fixed plan for your sleep: when to sleep and when to stir up.
*Do not eat much fatty or spicy food.
*Do not drink alcohol or coffee at dark.
*Do not smoke cigarettes.
*Have some exercise during the day.
*Try valerian tea.
*Smile and titter more
Maybe jetlag? trying using melatonin before sleeping. See if that help.

Skin Cancer?

Okay. I'm really nervous in the region of my dad. He's a construction worker and is out in the blistering bake all the time. He doesn't usually wear sunscreen. He have all these brown spots on his skin (shoulders) and have a sore on the tip of his ear that has never heal. I'm afraid that all of this exposure have maybe made skin cancer a possibility. Any direction on how I can keep my dad natural and safe??

Symptoms:

Scaly skin
Sunspots
Sores that don't restore to health
Red skin
A sore or spot that bleeds or become crusty

There is no alternative to the shot. I too craving there be. It is not a big deal because it is a small amount of medication. Probably. It depends on if the poop-ee wants to press charges. It's be funny, though. Horribly, foully, disgusting, but still, the stories would be pretty darn funny down the road. The jail-time credible wouldn't be too terribly long, so it might be worth it. LOL!
