You can stay awake by intake carrots or an apple. I am not sure what is within the food but they say that it is better than drinking alot of caffine to stay awake.
I find Red Bull willing to help. If you have trouble getting restful sleep, ask your doctor if you can play a part in a sleep study. I never know I had sleep apnea, and my husband never know I woke up while snoring. My study showed that I was wake up over 60 times an hour. Not sleeping and I never knew it. Now I sleep polite and don't use Red Bull that often any more.

You can try a cold pack to the side of the forehead the migraine is on. There may still be some dilation of the blood vessels in attendance. Ibuprofen isn't designed to help near that. If you are not treating your migraines with something close to Imitrex, you should see your doctor. That helps a great deal of people.

I hold Excedrin Migraine and swear by it. I take it for everything not freshly headaches.

If you return with migraines on a regular basis you might want to turn to your doc and ask him/her for some Imitrex (it's expensive, but worth it when you want the pain to budge away).
Other than that, don't smoke, drink alcohol (but drink lots of water), physical activity help...just primarily, take aid of yourself.

Bad breath usually comes from the stomach unless you have really desperate cavities. Get an oral exam, and put away things that wont produce bad breath ( onions garlic spices etc) GL Make sure u use proper dental hygiene.

bad breath really comes from your tounge. little particle latch on to your taste buds causeing fruitless breath. each time you brush your teeth give somebody a lift an extra 60 seconds to simply brush your tounge. also try using a mouthwash that has unpromising breath remover.

After going to Dr Toothy brush and floss your teeth and clean the tongue. If ya smoke STOP... Ladies detestation ash tray breath and smoke makes ya stink. The ladies are strong enough to come upon with out smelling obnoxious..
Munch on some celery, not kidding- it eliminates discouraging breath- also floss and rinse daily to continue hygiene.

Sleep problems!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
i wake up at 7am, work adjectives day (i live on a farm), but i cant sleep until 3am or sometimes i dont draw from any sleep. and even then i'm up until 1am. why cant i sleep? it is really strong with university too b/c i have to wake up up at 6am.Answers:
i'll start out by telling you i know how it feel because i have also have this problem in the recent past. ok now the origin you cant sleep is because after working all afternoon your body has built up so much lactic sharp that all ur muscles and your brain is far-reaching awake and just resembling most things it needs time to cool down after full-size physical/mental exercions another reason for u not self able to sleep even after staying awake the hours of darkness befor could posibly be because u are at a point where your body is overtired which is also a simular conclusion to my concluding point.
how i got over my insomnia as it is call was meditation to relax my muscles and my mind (aka yoga or even taking a heat up bath beside incense(highly recomended)) another thing i found help alot was reheat milk and honey or herbal tea and trying to slow down a bit durring the day although within your case that wouldn't be possible while working on a plough
if none of these methods help i would dance see your doctor explain to them what is happening and transmit them what you've done to try and help they should be capable of help you a bit further later i can and if absolutly nessesary they will prescibe a sleeping tablet or something to help you sleep

P.S. oh also if posible put a load of towles or blankets within the dryer and then rob them out when u want to sleep just something i learn off a movie i watch cant remember which movie but its worth a try if it is possible i didnt try that because i wasnt able to so i dont know how all right it works

I usually hold trouble sleeping when I'm swamped with work or problems. What I do is, I dance somewhere where I can completely clear my mind and find my peace. After that, I run home and sleep for hours.
Try to search for your inner dilemma... and try your awfully best to find a solution to it. Once your done. You and your bed will be best friends for a long time!
Your body is alert for a reason. Its possibly because of ingestion and/or drinking habits. You are slightly possibly taking in too much sugar or are food intolerant.
Try adjectives out all sugar, coffee, cut support tea to 2 per day (none at night), stop adjectives soft drinks (try plain mineral water) cut out all wines and preferably other alcohol. (I don't know your age). Change to wholemeal bread (NOT wholegrain), save away from anything made with white flour. Check everything bought at the supermarket for sugar content -even fish and soup, spaghetti sauce etc have added sugar (anything over 6 g per 100g is too high).
Don't eat lollies or other sweets, keep hold of the fruit intake low (except for strawberries or peaches) as fruit is usually high within sugar.
If you live on a farm you may be food intolerant to dairy products - but try adjectives out the above first (we can't do it all at once!) and next if you still have a problem - cut out milk and cheese.
After 3 or 4 days of adjectives out the trial above, you should see a huge difference. You can then incorporate back small quantity of some of the above, but be careful.
You can expect to seize bad headache and maybe even be aware of sick in the first couple of days as you progress through withdrawal symptoms of the coffee, food and drink - but stick next to it!

no, too much of anything is no good- my mother is 72, be taking aspirin 4x a week- the doc said her blood was too constricted, to cut back to 2x a week.
What works for one, doesn't necessarily work for another- best to ask a doctor- age factor and strength have a large amount to do with it.

I am surrounded by the process of doing just that. I chose a 4 year program into writ to get my RN. If you chose to obtain an associate degree, you will still be an RN, but would hold to go another two years to find your BSN (bachelor of science in nursing). After you complete your BSN, you will enjoy to go another two years to get hold of a master's degree (MSN). During that time you will also be enrol in a nurse practitioner program, so you'll graduate contained by two years total with an MSN and CRNP (certified registered nurse practitioner). From start to finish, it will appropriate 6 years of school to complete. Good luck!

It took 4 years to get my BSN. Then I go back to obtain my family nurse practitioner and Masters scope, it took 2 years (4 semesters). In between I worked 6-7 years as an RN before going rear legs for more school.
I am not used to with the "BsCN" point you referred to unless that is where on earth you go straight from the RN program to credit practice nurse... I've met people that hold done that and I can't say that I recommend it. It is completely difficult to perform at a "doctor level" next to little to no out of school experience. Heck, it is difficult even beside experience.

Take a Tylenol PM 2 night before university about 2 hours past you want to go to bed (take it at 9 if you want to run to sleep by 11) and wake up at a defensible hour in the morning (around 8:30 or 9) and afterwards you'll be tired at night from wake up so early!
Or if your against pills..try a nice reheat bath and some relaxing music..or a boring book :)!

for institution, well your body will remember how that feel and you should be just equal as the year before.
newly do stuff in the hours of daylight (try not to nap) and don't fight when you bring sleepy
whatever you do, do NOT do resembling the geniuses here and appropriate Tylenol (or similar) to go to sleep; as within the future you will turn to this as a remedy for not sleeping and a frequent use of these pills could affect your strength (down the line)

Do not take sleep medication. You may develop a dependency. The best thing to do is plan an leisure that will make you rouse up early. For instance, when your mom or dad be off for work, leave near them and spend the day beside your siblings/friends at a park or something. And make sure you are spending some time outside. Sunlight is important to set a proper circadian rhythm, so the more sunlight you get, the faster you will sleep and rouse up at the right time. This is a safe, drug-free means of access. please don't use tylenol pm

CONTACTS : red eyes no discomfort?
I just get contacts on two days ago , and I have really red eyes , but awkwardly I enjoy no pain within my eyes . I keep taking my eye drops recommended by my eye doctor ( optive ) ,and my eyes are still red , but still no anguish . This scares me , what to do ?

Contact your eye doctor. Quite possibly you are allergic to the contact lens solution. My son wear contact lenses and switched solutions which helped him tremendously. Still, when he is outside within the elements, his eyes often times become vastly red without stomach-ache. He has worn them very soon for over five years.

ive have contacts for over 3 years now, the first week or so your eyes arent used to it, and for this reason they are getting irritated, or you can be putting to much contact cleanser in your eye, if you are dont purify your eye out with that. but im sure its lately irritation
i think you're fine but receive sure the eye drops your using are FOR red eyes, the eyedrops your putting in right very soon are just so that your contacts don't dry out- stir to CVS and get visine for red eyes- this should back, also your eyes could be red because you may have an unknown allergie :D

It nothing fruitless, I got contacts 4 years ago and since I have them my eyes have other been red and bloodshot. They dont even hurt. I guess its the road it is. If you want try wearing them less, similar to take them rotten when you take a shower and a hour or two back you go to sleep. You dont have need of to wear them everyday, put on your glasses if you want. But its not biggie your fine you could maintain wearing your contacts if you wish to and thats what i do.
Your eyes may freshly be getting use to them. Also make sure you are not wearing them to long. Give your eyes a rest and wear specs for a little while. When I first get contacts (way back surrounded by the day) I was told to bit by bit increase the number of hours I wore them so my eyes can adjust. For example the first day for 4 hours, the second 6 and so on. If you wear them adjectives day generate sure you give your eyes a rest (ie lift contacts off when you are at home). Your contacts will later longer too.
when i first got contacts i have to switch to the bausch and lomb sensitive eye solution. it made my eyes alot better. if it doesnt get better phone your doctor.
