Having Troubles Breathing?
My 6 year old brother have asthma nad he isnt having an attackt that requirements medical help but what can we do at home? he have trouble taking deep breaths and if he does he cooughs after and sometimes he will enjoy a cough attack and then when he drinks hose that stops it...ummm... he has have his puffer 4 times today can u please give us some counsel on what to do?Answers:

My sister had sports induced asthma for a while and afterwards she was diagnosed regular asthmas, so i infer your concern. Whenever your brother has an attack immediatley draw from an inhaler or as you called it a "puffer". asthma only doesn't come four times a day...its a long going lung problem that can attack you whenever, though if you requirement help when in that isn't an inhaler around, have him clutch a PAPER bag and inhale and exhale slower and slower until he is competent to breathe nicely. Also allergies can own a real affect on asthma race, so be sure to keep your house mold free and if you own a pet with fur be sure to brush them each day and vacume daily. See a doctor regularly because the child is so babyish and ask about allergy medicine.
Buy a breathing treatment kit and enjoy him use that twice a day. Also try enjoy him doing breathing exercises/ the more he does it the better breathing is for him.

Take him to a specialist,call a pulmonary doctor. You brother sounds as if he is having a difficult time.and I am surprised that his dr. hasn't address this issue.The inhaler evidently is not enough. I can't lose weightiness! PLEASE HELP?
I've been dieting my butt rotten, as well as exercising on a day by day basis. I desperately want to lose counterweight, and have be trying for about 2 years immediately on and off. The item that makes it even worse is that I've in actuality been GAINing lbs! Most of my clothes don't even fit me anymore...It seriously seem like the harder I try, the worse it get. I'm actually waiting on more blood check results to come back at the moment, but what possible medical conditions could I hold that are not only making my body hold onto oil for dear life, but also produce me gain rather than lose?And by the instrument, I've also spent 100's of dollars working with almost 10 different personal fitness trainers...(who don't seem to be to know what the heck they are doing!)

the other item is, with counterbalance loss, it has to be constant, not on and rotten. which is why its best to take it slow. never crash diet, dont exercise yourself to the point of a break down any.
failing all other solutions, theres other the more radical option if you really REALLY wanna shed those pounds, like lipo etc. but really, if your decent and exercise lots, then cargo will sort itself out. being thinner aint everything. long as your contented and healthy its adjectives good *smiles and snugs* flawless luck! if you can, let me know what the results of that blood trial are. id be interested to see if you hold a similar problem to me

Stupid metabolism...sustain?
i'm a 17 year old girl (i'm white), i'm 5'1 & weigh 92 lbs & am a 32A. my BMI is 17.2 (the lowest # to be exact still "safe" for my age), and my body fat percent is 16.4% (checked this online, don't know if it's correct)i've be skinny all my natural life, i'm just made tiny. i'm also pretty busy, i've been a dancer since i be 7 and i'm a black belt in TaeKwonDo. so i'm pretty fit. but i can`t stand that i have virtually NO butter on my body at all :(
several many times i've tried to bulk up & gain cargo. i've tried eating double what i usually do & drinking protein shakes & devour power bars. i other end up giving up because i never see results, even after months, and i carry tired of eating so much.
is it possible that next in go (like early 20s or something) my metabolism might relocate to allow me to gain weight easier? it seem like it's impossible for me to gain any counterbalance right now, will this correct later on? or will i other be so freaking little? lol

I'm actually surrounded by about matching boat as you. I've had a high-ranking metabolism all my existence and have other been gossamer because of it. I'm 27 now, and I'm still a moment ago as skinny as ever (although my BMI is less than yours. which is everyday and healthier for men to hold lower than women).
Your metabolism will slow down over time, but there's not really a safe course to force it to slow down.
If you try to lower your metabolism (which means given up the ghost out at all, consumption foods that are fattening, etc), it'll be much less nourishing for you and could cause smash up to your body.
I can personally guarantee that you will hold a LOT of people domineering of you (especially any woman that has a low metabolism), especially as you take older. It's not a desperate thing unless you see it as a fruitless thing. Use what you own to whatever benefit you can make of it.
I'm also predisposed to bet that you had profoundly more energy (and possibly grew in height) when you ate more, too. I've have that experience every time I eat more.
Be proud of the metabolism you enjoy and try to find ways that it's a good item, and you'll feel much better roughly yourself and your metabolism.
Oh, and as a somewhat ironic side note, I'm truly starting up Tae Kwon Do myself ;-)

I have the same problem as you when I be young. I simply recently found out that I have Celiac Disease, which prevented me from gaining bulk. As soon as I was diagnosed and changed my diet I gain weight typically. Next time you see your doctor, ask him to test you for Celiac Disease. I could enjoy saved myself alot of grief if I have done it when I was your age. Good Luck
YES! I be the same agency for a long time. I could eat anything & everything & still weigh 95 lbs. I'm 5' even. When I hit about 25 I gain between 5-10 lbs. & I looked really good. I'm almost 30 & enjoy gained another 10 lbs. & I'm have trouble adjusting to intake differently & getting the weight bad. It will change when you return with older. Mine changed simply like my dad's did, so you might verbalize to your parents about how they be when they were younger. Don't win into the habit of intake a lot. Its tricky to change when you stipulation to.

Most society metabolisms slow down as they get elder, your 30's maybe. My grandmother be 4'10" and under 100 lbs her together life even after four children.
Try drinking some bread or cake, especially cake. Eat big meals basically before going to bed at darkness. Calories burn the slowest during that time.
i used to wish to gain only just a little bit of freight...i was at 125 for the longest time (i'm 5'9") & ate close to there be no tomorrow & never gained an ounce...afterwards i found out i have celiac disease & my body doesn't process wheat the method others do...i'm not saying that's why you remain slender though, only sharing my experience...
