Good Samaritan Law??
I know the basic impression, but I would like to know for a moment more. As far as medical care, I am certified contained by Lifeguard, First aid, CPR for the Professional rescuer, and EMT. Outside of my training, I grew up around emergency situations (my mom is a trauma doc). My question is, for example if I needed to intubate a soul (assuming that I know how to and that I have the gear to do so) but I am not certified to, would I be covered by the Good Samaritan Law??Thanks

No, you would not be covered by the Good Samaritan imperative. The Good Samaritan law simply applies to people who stay inwardly a basic horizontal of care. If you intubate lacking the appropriate certifications, you are stepping outside that "basic" level of thoroughness, and would not only be liable if that human being died as a result, but also you would be considered practicing medicine short a license. Basically, you can be OK staying at an EMT-B or First Responder level, but once you start doing ALS procedures, you become especially, very liable. Even a paramedic who's authorized to complete intubations, can't do it on his off-duty hours, because he's not acting under his medical director if he does so.

Anyone go and get sick from drinking Blue Raspberry Arctic Blast at AMC Theaters?
This has happen to me 2x now surrounded by the past 3 months. I return with free consession stand items at AMC Cinemas with the Movie Card. 2 times immediately I have have one of those Blue Raspberry Arctic Blast drinks (along with popcorn there) and both times I get very sick when I get home. Felt like I have a stomach virus or food poisoning. I know I will NEVER have one of these drinks again. But I be wondering if anyone else ever got sick from one of these drinks OR if they know what's contained by them.Thanks.

No but I've gotten sick from a drink like that past at a low end place similar to a gas station- those drinks are loaded w/ sugar...its horrible for your digestive system and stomach. Def. wanna stay away from them. Get a smoothie w/ fruit instead or a milk shake at a trusted place.

I meditate I'm addicted to caffeine pills?
is that possible? lately Ive been taking them every afternoon and if I dont, I get super tired and cranky contained by the middle of the day. I know I enjoy a caffeine addiction because if I go sooner or later without any I procure really bad headache, but now I inevitability my regular caffeine (soda, coffee, etc) along with the pills. The bottle say theyre safe ("as locked as a cup of coffee") so should I worry? are here any side effects with long possession usage?Answers:
Try to wean yourself off of them. I also have a caffeine addiction. I was drinking 9 or 10 punch drinks a day. It give me kidney stones, kidney infections, refrothiatitis (sp), dehydration, 2 trips to the emergency room and many lost hours a moment ago sitting on the sofa in backache. Quit while you still are not having any glum symptoms.
Sure it's possible. I'm adicted to caffiene too, just not the pills (although they are fun, lol). I don't know going on for any side effects, maybe you shold google it.
Caffeine is significantly addictive. It is quite possible that you are hooked.
The headache are a symptom of withdrawl.
Try stopping and in a few days you should be fine. Drink lots of hose to help flush your system.
Caffeine is addictive, but is not a controlled substance because "withdrawal" consists of grogginess and headache.
Stop cold turkey, and get plenty of sleep. You'll own headaches for a few days, but at the call a halt of a week you'll be clear. I stop caffeine cold turkey every few months and stay off it for a week or two newly to make sure my sleep pattern don't get too messed up.

Why do I carry nauesous when I read?
It's getting to be quite annoying but whenever I read for long period of time (shortest being two hours) I bring back headaches and start foreboding nauseous. I also grain very tired. two possilble reason for this..
1. you dont blink enough wich wet the eye and causes strain to the verbs wich causes headache and tummy twinge.
2. you need to enjoy your eyes checked maybe you requirement glasses and so your eyes are working passageway to hard to focus on the words and thus causing the simptoms you state.

It's duplicate way for me...I don't know why this happen, but I just try to avoid reading that long. If I do start to quality ill while reading, I put my book down and shift do something else - the sick feeling pass. No clue what it is, though.

Clust team leader hurt symptoms?
