Bad experience giving blood?

Ok, so I gave blood. I be fine during it's just afterwards that sucked.
I almost faint - you know, fuzzy vision and you're audible range fades out.
I feel very sick afterwards, I didn't throw up, but it be that nauseus feeling. I also did get through afterwards, so I think my glucose level were devout.

Will this always take place? It's a terrible foreboding and to me it's not worth it if I'm always going to grain like crap and almost wobbly twice.

I want to give blood, truly I do, I'm infantile and I'm happy to do it, but it's newly the feeling that kill me.

If I go a second time, do you guess it will happen again?

Methadone?

I have a friend who have recently started taking the drug Methadone. I read that it's a drug commonly taken by recovering heroin adicts, but my friend's never been on heroin.

What my give somebody the third degree is, is what kind of effects will this hold on her and how harmful is it. Is it fruitless enough that I should step contained by and risk my friendship with her, or should I only play the blind eye?
