Help next to bug bites! PLZ?
My son and I are being bit by some type of bug within our home. I have no theory what it is. I have used a bug bomb...and it didnt appear to help. Bites are small and red, itch, and are sometimes bumpy after itched. They are not in clusters, appear on legs, waistline, belly, arms and nouns. They are sporadic. I have wash our bedding in hot hose down and put on high surrounded by the dryer for over an hour. The only pet we own is a hamster. I looked up flea bites online and from what I read, there are usually several surrounded by one area. This have been up since we moved into our new apartment within September. Any ideas? I would prefer some type of natural/non toxic thinking (if possible).Yes, I vacuum and clean our place. It is not dirty or anything close to that. I really would like to quit smoking. I know nearby are so many reason why I should, physically and financially. This is a tough one. I quit for 4 years - had to do it cold turkey. My husband used the patch - I couldn't it cause me rashes. Unfortunately. I be weak and started again - stress, etc. I'm colourless. Good luck. I have hear there's a new prescription that's great and my doc recommended it. It's called Chantix. I'm really considering it. I am on year 22 of no smoking after 13 years of smoking (since the age of 15). I feel similar to I was surrounded by a similar situation as you as there be part of me that really like my cigarettes, but I also hated the smell, as in good health as the perception by many others of smokers person "dirty". As a health meticulousness professional, I also have see the long term effects of smoking so that be a big motivation.
However, the one thing that really help me to quit is the fact that I would approaching to have kids contained by the next few years, and I want to offer my baby(ies) the best possible chance contained by life, which they wont receive if i am a smoker. Every time I think of have a cigarette, I think of how much MORE I want nourishing kids. It really helps to own a concrete reason not to, because you can other find a reason to (had a desperate day, stressed out, out beside friends).
I spent a couple of weeks being somewhat antisocial, but be able to move about to a bar next to my friends this weekend and did ok. I have to speak that the commit lozenge has be my lifesaver. I dont know if I would have made it this far lacking them, and I have be slowly cutting down on these. Stop lighting cigarettes. It's not a disease, it's not an addiction, it's a habit. Replacement psychotherapy works as well. I quit a couple of years ago, by keeping firm candies or gum in my pockets. When I'm at bar, I keep drinking; alternating sodas next to alcoholic beverages, of course.

All I can suggest you can do is cut down gradually until you're not smoking anymore. However, surrounded by my opinion, the VERY BEST process to quit is to never ever start in the first place. I newly wish I know that before I tried it.

4) do more exercises like swimming,gymp,aerobic waltz,yoga etc.in lay down to have a accurate sweat.
5) sleep early at darkness n wake up precipitate in the morning,some jog 4 fresh air within the morning.

If you truly want to quit smoking, you will do it, no matter how unyielding it seems but you own to make up your mind. I tried 6 times back this current one, which has be 1 month now. (cold turkey) The physical cravings be strong for 4-5 days, but not strong enough because I have my mind made up. Now I don't even want one or to be around them. The mental cravings will take longer. Try chewing gum or sucking on candy. Doing physical accomplishments also helps greatly.

I just finished reading your interrogate to my now non smoking husband and this is around him. He started smoking at age 15. He joined the US Navy at 17. He married at 26 and we have 4 children together. I begged him to please quit smoking, how can I stress strong adequate to these children to not smoke that it was doomed to failure for them, when their Daddy was doing it.~~He made attempts to quit but of late couldn't. He retired from the Navy and we came backbone to Texas. At that time the children's first cousin was outstandingly ill next to lung cancer, he died a horrible death surrounded by 6 mos.at the age of 33 leaving a wife and 2 small kiddos, and the Dr's. said it be strictly from smoking. This made a big impression on our children, still my husband could not quit. Then sometime while bowling in a smokey bowling nouns he had a heart attack.(this man be never sick) He had heart surgery and lay-ed for hours on a cold not easy table flat of his back and almost lost his time. He never picked up a cigarette again and he said he never had a desire to. It never bothered him to be around others smoking and it never took away pleasure for him. My husband said that he made up his mind that he wasn't going to smoke anymore and that be the end of the discussion. He is 80 yrs babyish today and you would never believe it if you would see him.

OK so i gave up smoking 6 months ago... I occasionally hold a smoke when i am out drinking, but only one - compared to previously smoking a full packet whilst out.
When you stop smoking - the smell of a cigarette is disgusting, and really turns you off... you wont want one after not have one for so long.
I feel similar to a non-smoker now, but occassionally i will gain in my vehicle and think 'i want a smoke' although the thought will overhaul in a second.. its purely more of a habbit thing.
You want to get out of the habbit first, after everything else will come... It was really straightforward for me, i tried a few times to quit and couldnt do it - then lacking even noticing soon i hadnt had a smoke, so i thought "hey, i havent have one today - i am going to try and quit" and i did :)
