'blow your snout and go into another room, the allergen may be within the room you were at when the sneezing started. Get some Benadryl and return with ready for bed. The Benadryl is going to knock you out, I use it to support me sleep. (generic allergy medicine is much cheaper than Benadry)

Sounds like tart reflux to me. My husband had this problem throwing up within the middle of the night. He quit intake at night, never ate lay on the couch, and quit drinking alcohol. That helped alot, but what cured him be losing the excess weight. If you are overweight, save that in mind. Try WebMD investigate "acid reflux."
