I have equal problem and i have tried everything that u enjoy! But think of adjectives the terrible desieses u could pick up from biting ur nail. Its even possible to get aids. Think roughly speaking it...u got to the bathroom and next when u wash your foot they are clean but once u turn the fosset past its sell-by date the are dirty again because u just touched something after wash your hands that u touched up to that time with your disgusting hand.
