It's better to wear shoes when you're doing aerobic exercise, as shoes give support to to support and protect the bones and tendons in your foot. That said, I used to do aerobics all the time barefoot on my mat when I was younger and I never have a problem with it. I may rue that when I attain older, though!

I have be checked by doctors I seem to not really enjoy heath issues.I have the flu for about three weeks but appear to be over it now.I own good days and discouraging days and go to bed something like 5am and then stir about ten..lately.. I carry up and am feeling ok.I drink breakfast about 10 or 11 .. and later I seem to have a feeling ok for awhile and then contained by the afternoons i don't seem to discern well..I grasp a little unconvincing and general emotion of being not at your best and a little a moment ago shakey.This seems to be stirring more and more around three in the evening.When this happen I try to lie around for a bit and sometimes start opinion better.Today I start having lots of gas and feel as though I couldn't breathe..I suppose it was simply gas and making me feel as though I couldn't breath and so i get a little worried and suppose anxiety made me puny and shakey.Or maybe its in recent times not enough sleep and I own a cold.My throat is sore and ears stopped up..Could I just be suffering anxiety according to my minor cold or is it a moment ago Imagined?Answers:

For instance, have a hip bath, sit relaxed with a melt drink, read a few pages from a book put on a softness CD and sit listen with the oil lamp out. Might take you a while to find what works for you, but it have started working for me. :)

I am a straight male very soon at the age of 59 and from the age of 20 onwards found using Johnson’s baby powder below arms and in lower parts took away the sweat and soreness I be getting as a long distance driver in the form for long periods and even more so today as I am in a minute 20 stone but although I love the smell I have other felt conscious of using it within front of friends and in company as they may expect there is something undeveloped with me which is not the travel case.Is there any other masculine using Johnson’s products out there and are you OK beside that or do you have any opinion?

You bet ! Johnson's baby powder is the best piece for baby diaper imprudent which is what everybody gets, man or woman , except, short the diapers. Where I live, we experience seasonal extremes, from vicious summers to sub-freezing winters. The sweating that goes on, take it's toll on certain parts of the body. After a shower, I dry wisely, ( otherwise, you are asking for the problem to intensify,) and douse the offending regions with a high-minded cloud of baby powder and the problem is right now relieved. If I go bush, doing a tour, or ever get stuck on a desert island - this would be one of the items that I consider to be actual survival gear.

I been using Johnson's toddler powder (cornstarch based) to keep me dry and not smell from sweat. My wife would even put malodorous powder on my body after each hip bath, smell it and it would heighten her arousal for pleasurable sex.
