Is this a Panic attack, or something far worse?
For the past week and a partly, I've had trouble breathing,I've have minor headaches, my chest hurts at times, I shake plentifully, I feel cold, my throat feel like it's going to close up and it feel dry. When I try to sleep at night, I wonder if I'll rouse up in the morning, and I be having thoughts of unreality. I'm going to a docter nearly this, but I'd like to know if anyone else is going through this, and if this point I'm experiencing is a Panic attack, or something else. Thanks.Answers:

This sounds stupid but I sware to you it works I used to be one of those people that could never sleep and would toss around the bed and stretch his legs adjectives over the place.

One problem I have was have a soda or something with sugar even a few hours earlier bed. No way would I find a good sleep. I stopped intake anything after 7 and no problems after that. Also I find that working out during the day uses up that get-up-and-go and helps me sleep.

Thats give the impression of being like you are drinking them to excess. Have you ever looked at how much sugar is contained by some of those. I would say you probably cut backbone and maybe try to bring more sleep if you need that much of an perkiness boost every day.

I dont if it's bad for you, depends which one you drink cos the sugar can't be dutiful.....they are really addictive though I got addicted to relentless whilst working behind time at a night club.....I use to win really larthagic and tired whenever the effects wore off....I own stopped drinking it now but sometimes I still crave it, it's really startling to think you can gain addicted to something thats that easily avaliable!
