I hold chronic constipation (IBS) can I use Correctol everyday?
I take Zelnorm everyday but it doesn't really assist my chronic constipation. I have tried fiber laxatives but they give the impression of being to make it worse. I drink at smallest a gallon of water a sunshine and I do get exercise but zilch seems to assist. I have taken 1 correctol tablet near my Zelnorm everyday for the last couple of days and everything have been fine. No stomach cramps no diahrrea simply regular bowl movement. Anyone else do this or have any guidance. I don't use it to lose weight!! Just to use the bathroom.Answers:

I don't mean to gross you out, but if the unwanted items you're blowing out your nose is yellow-ish or green, you hold an infection and need to be see by a doctor, and get antibiotics to clear it up. even though you're not running a temp. you can still hold an infection.
