NOT SMOKING neutralizes the discouraging effects of smoking. Come on - it's really expensive, it's bad for you, doomed to failure for those around you, you lose your sense of taste and smell, and your significant other doesn't want to kiss someone near a mouth like an ashtray. If you STOP smoking, however, over time your lungs start to restore to health. I don't think they ever stir back to foolproof, but stopping smoking now can include decades to your life that you're smoking away right very soon.
Good luck. Make the right choice.
There is no way to counter the defacement done by smoking. Some of the damage can be premanent especially the mess up to your circulatory system.
No. Drinking lots of water would not oblige at all. If this be true, every smoker would be doing it. There is no way to counter perform the deadly effects of cigarette smoking
But if you quit, your lungs can sometimes shift back to thier pre-smoking state, if you are lucky
yes, so does green tea
nnnnooooooo hose hydrates your cells it give you nice skin. it will not fix the permanant damage you're doing to your lungs mouth and other respiratory organs.
quit smoking. it give me headaches and make my respiratory problems worse :(
If you do not stop smoking. There is not much you can do to neutralize the damage cause by nicotine.
However there are measures you can steal to lessen the damage:
1/ Reduce the amount you smoke.
2/ Do not inhale.
3/ Gargle and cleanse your oral cavity after you smoke.
(This will diminish the damaging effect of nicotine deposited on you mucous membrane contained by you mouth and throat.)
4/ Have a proper diet.
5/ Take anti-oxidants such as Vitamin C and E. Herbal supplements help too.
(Don't hold higher than the recommended dose set by FDA. Too much can end in harm than apt.)
In conclusion. I suggest that you should quit. Some of the damaging effect can be reversed. Such as the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract. Also, quitting will stop further mess up to your body.

I be a consultant for refractive eye surgery not too long ago (left because I moved). After working there for over four years I would read out that it is one of the best things you can do. I myself am not a cadidate but my brother-in-law and several friends have done it and respectively one of them sees at lowest 20/20 others are at 20/15. the only time relations turnout out to be unhappy is if they inevitability an enhancement. This can develop if you are starting off near a really strong prescription (-8.00 and up) or if your doctor decides to be a bit conservative beside your initial surgery. Enhancements are easy and done a few months after the first surgery. The biggest risk is infection and your surgeon should furnish you eye drops to combat this. My only notify would be to make sure that your surgeon have done plenty of these procedures and make sure the laser is stationary. Some places rent lasers for a sunshine or two and they are trucked in the hours of daylight before or daytime of your surgery.
Extremely satisfied. I have mine done in 1999 within Atlanta, GA and have be very lively w/ the outcome. I was pretty disappointingly nearsighted and had a slight astigmatism within my right eye. Now, my right eye is still very slightly nearsighted w/o astigmatism and my gone eye is slightly farsighted. I don't need correction to drive and i can read w/o reading goggles - i'm 50 yrs old.
Yes! Yes! A thousand times yes!
I have LASIK done 6/8/06, and I wish I'd have it done sooner. It was worth every penny to travel from legally blind to 20/20.

Why do we carry the chills when we own a frenzy?
I don't understand why, if our body heat is above normal, we gain the chills? Seems counter-intuitive...Answers:
The hypothalamus, a part of the brain newly above the pituitary gland, contains the body's "thermostat." It senses the temperature of the blood and compares it next to a "setpoint"—the desired temperature. If the actual heat differs from the setpoint, it tries to adjust the temperature. This is similar to what a thermostat surrounded by your house or car does. However, it can't a short time ago turn on the furnace or the air conditioner. Instead, it sends out signals that wreak us to sweat if we are too hot or to shiver if we are too cold. (Sweating cools the body as the sweat evaporates; shivering warms the body, because much of the punch used by shivering muscles is converted to heat.) In insertion, it causes us to quality uncomfortable, which prompts us to want out a source of heat or cold. For example, if your body heat is too low, you'll look for a warmer place or some blankets. If it's too high-ranking, you'll look for a cooler spot or reduce your exercise even (since exercise generates heat).
When you develop a confusion, the body sends signals to the hypothalamus that tells it to lift up the setpoint to a higher heat. Often, but not always, this is a response to an infection, such as a bacterium or a virus. The immune cell that respond to the infection secrete molecules call "endogenous pyrogens." (Endogenous means made by the body, and a pyrogen is something that cause the temperature to rise.) The endogenous pyrogens travel through the blood and achieve the hypothalamus, where they explanation the setpoint to increase. Once that happens, the hypothalamus tell the body, "You're too cold." Remember that the temperature may be common in this situation, but what matter is that the temperature is lower than the setpoint, which have been raise. So you feel cold, procure under the blankets, and shiver.
A while next, when the temperature have risen to the setpoint, the hypothalamus sends out the signal, "Your temperature is fine presently." Then you no longer feel cold and commonly throw off some of the blankets. And when the hallucination "breaks," the level of endogenous pyrogens decrease, the hypothalamus changes its setpoint rear to normal, and presently the elevated temperature again seem too hot. Suddenly you start to sweat and throw off adjectives the blankets! Soon this leads to a subside in heat back to the regular setpoint, and you feel typical again.
So you actually discern coldest when the temperature is starting to rise and hottest when it's starting to leak. This seems strange, but it's adjectives the hypothalamus's way of getting you to alter your behavior to transmutation the temperature to a latest setpoint. When your temperature is at the setpoint—whatever it is—you tend to touch normal, even if the actual warmth is high. What you perceive is not the heat itself, but the difference between the setpoint and the actual temperature.
inside is cooler than outside
It's because your body is losing it's steam.
becasue our bodies are so warm and the upper air is colder.... i hate that when im sick !!
ironic because I am sick right in a minute I have afever but I am freezing I coach toddlers and today a little boy have 102.7 degree temp and he be freezing poor little guy
When your body is above the normal warmth your brain senses this and tries to cool the body.
BECAUSE YOUR BODY , IS TRYING TO COOL ITSELF DOWN FROM INFECTION!
The way that heat works is that being warm-blooded our bodies will try to heat up the air around us. That's why you have a feeling the chill when it's cold outside. Having a fever your body heat is higher next normal and it works harder to heat the air surrounding you. This lose of warmness is the cause of the chills.
Malaria have symptoms where you consistency on fire after feel really chilly another moment.
Just throwing it out in attendance. not implying you own malaria. Check this for complete list of symptoms:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/malaria#sym...
could be overcompensation by the body, trying to preserve the body functioning (ie, from overheating) as it heats up to butcher the infection, so the cooling feelings would be amplified... could also be sweat sucking out too much boil... could be a psychological reaction to get you feel better.
It doesn't appear to make much sense at first peep but when you look at how the body regulates temperature it make sense entirely.
The body normally stays at a constant 98.6 degree F, which is acts similar to a guage to let the nervs contained by the skin know how to react to heat outside the body.
When body temperature rises above this float, the nervs responsible for comparing outside temperature hold a wrong "base" reading i.e. higher than average, so the surrounding air feel "colder" than it should.
Even though the body's temperature have gone up, in most cases merely the body's internal temperature have risen.
The overall temperature of the dermal section of skin has not changed much at adjectives. This is why a proper reading must be taken internall i.e. mouth, ear, or in a place such as below the arm where warmth can build.

i have anaphylactic shock from allergy to a medication once.when it first started happening, for a split second,i have the most panicked and apprehensive moment of my vivacity.then, only just b4 i passed out,i had a sudden, strange and euphoric thought-"why not of late stop breathing?its so useless!" it was rugged to describe, but it felt impeccably natural and not worrisome at all that my respiratory system have just gone into arrest.it if truth be told registered as a thought and a "why bother?" feeling.it be a high cause by lack of oxygen, but merely b4 i went underneath,it didnt feel terrifying or bad anymore,it feel like letting turn was the most crude thing within the world.i dont advocate anyone massacre themselves or anything-i'm just truism,i came close to annihilation, and tho the experience started very desperate,it quickly changed and adjectives fear be gone.if that is typical, its not unpromising.if they hadnt brought me right back, would i hold seen the light/tunnell,etc? i dont know.but the sensation b4 i coded was not worrisome.all this happen in second.i hope this eases ur unease.ps-that happened when i be hospitalised at 17 for a stomache ailment-the painkiller sent me into shock.weirdly, tho it be long ago, ever since, actually breathing freaks me out a bit-NOT breathing feel expansive, free and natural-breathing has other seemed a chore to me since then-even tho its automatic!!
For me it would enjoy to be the fact that you won't know how to see the people that you love the most.
Not anyone able to be next to my loved ones until they pass on.
are you stoned by any fate?
your weird!
I chew over the thing that most scare me is the thought of having to go off those that i love and the world that i love.
What scares me the most is not outliving adjectives my friends.
that is a apt question im alarmed of death through fear is that it is it all over is in attendance something else and leaving the loved ones trailing
for me I am not scared of loss, it is just approaching going from one room to another. The thing that scare me is that I may b buried or cremated whilst not actually passed over!
I read a study of near-death experiences and one woman said that when she be no longer breathing, that felt easier and more common than breathing...
I agree, the stopping breathing thing is scary--but I guess it can single last so long. :)
Anyway, her comment somehow made me surface less squicked around it.
pain and knowing that it will be the wrapping up. How scary to hold to go through something that no-one really know what is next.We can believe but will never know the truth till it happen to us.
Whatever it is, I don't want to be anywhere near it.If it comes.
I'm not afraid to die, at lowest possible a sudden death, I once have a motorbike crash and it happens so briskly you dont understand a piece, I am more afraid for my loved ones and friends around me if I knew I single had a reliable amount of time to live.
im terrified of be buried alive although i wouldnt like to be cremated any just picture waking up and your 6 foot under and unsurprisingly i wouldnt like to start out my family down i like to see them gone up and hold a good duration
Not being competent to be with my love ones. To help out my family when I'm needed. Causing them them hurt. Not watching my children grow up.
I'm not panicky of dieing. But I get your point and I would antipathy to die by drowning or asphyxiation. Or burning. But hey, what can you do? No one chooses the method unless they're nuts..
I have a trepidation of a very aching and long death but in actuality dying is not a problem
The fact that maggots and things will be ingestion my innards
Nothingness
What scares me is going away loved ones
On the rare occasion that I think roughly speaking Death, I look on the bright side and think of the interesting ancestors I will meet when Satan finally call me to his table.
Being in a situation when you're fully aware the merely outcome is your demise, for example drowning. I'd rather it be quick and painless.
it doesnt bother me we, everything have an expiry date so what will be will be.
death doesnt upset me its gunna happen and thats adjectives there is to it!
I consider the most frightening thing is the unknown.None of us know if in attendance is an afterlife or is it just zilch.
I think not human being with my loved ones, that they will enjoy,I hope many years in need me, a life that I will not be fragment of. Is this ego? I know the grief of loseing your Mom I don't want that pain for them. On the positive side if here is an after life I might come across up with those that I own loved and have gone since. Also it might be good who know, visit adjectives the places you wanted to jump. My best friend summed it up as, it is something we all hold to do, when a friend of hers died.
Its the fear of the unknown. brrrrr........
The reality that you don't know for sure what awaits you. It's the fear of the unknown.
that i might be bored within the afterlife. that my family will be mourning me and not be doing something better beside their time.
a slow and painful one.
