Definitely!! If you drink coffee, try switching to a decaf or smoother blend. Or you could try teas. They have more or less 1/2 the caffeine content as the same sized cup of coffee, and the antioxident effect is wonderful for you if you drink the green, red or white teas. Sweeten next to a bit of honey if you like, or you can even drink herbals, most of which own no caffeine at all.

Im a nurse and stand for terrifically long periods of time. When i first started, my foot hurt so bad at the terminate of the day that i couldnt even touch em. I spent a fortune on shoes, trying to find a duo that helped. Tried em adjectives almost. Believe it or not, nike works best for me. Every shoe fits different on different people, so its really a trial and error kinda entity. And yes i tried the ecco and dansko - nike still best for me.
Cramp surrounded by my foot?
When i go to bed my foot get drastically sensitive and can get cramp near the slightest movement, this is very fundamentally annoying and painful...how can i stop this from taking place?I have hear somewhere its to do with saline levels within your body, but i cant remember if its that you have to much brackish or not enough....anyway HELP!!

I do A smooth Biology and can vagly remember the teacher adage it was due to soaring levels of saline! Try cutting down on salted foods. I also get them allot but i revulsion salt, and i don't steal salt on anything??
I don't know how to prevent it from arranged but when it does happen to me, I hold found that if I stand up and let the blood flow stern down my leg, it stops almost instantly. I hope this helps.
I am not a Dr. however my wife's legs "cramp" seriously. She has taken quinine (you can seize it over the counter but a Dr. can prescribe stronger) and it seems to sustain.
That must suck... here are a few ideas and things I enjoy heard that might assistance and things that helped me when I have that problem...
1) It may sound irregular but Tonic Water might help you.
2) If you walk to a secial foot massage being ( i foget the name for this particular one ) and they can pin point the pain ... help my friend.
3) Maybe exersice your feet more contained by the day articulate 5 mins on each foot merely balancing on the toes.
4) I be in town the other light of day and there be a chinese place that did that thing where on earth they put needle contained by.... I cudn't bear it but it might comfort you!

There is some muddled thinking within some of the replies. Firstly, it is Lack of salt contained by the blood which causes foot cramp, ie the cramp which grab the arch of the foot. Cramp is said to be due to a spasm of the muscle but that doesn't help you when you've get it. With this cramp you have to stretch the arch muscle, and keep it stretched for a moment; this vehicle bending the toes and ball of the foot at 45 degree with some force and pressing down. You'll probably find in contained by bed and it needs the smallest of movement to bring back it and then you find you a moment ago cannot get out of the bed hurried enough because the bed clothes hold you vertebrae.
I suggest you practise what I've suggested before you find the cramp so the idea is contained by your mind for instant action. Another remedy could be to press the arch of the foot onto the guiderail of a chair or fender contained by a fire place. I am totally sure that most cramps are due to lack of proper exercise which renders the tendons and muscles weaker than they should be.
