i have a friend who also have a lot of white hair. this has zilch to do with your diet, it is most probably cause from school work. my friend took heaps hard classes and as a result, he looks resembling he is wearing a wig.

worried around my dad's surgery!?
tommorow my dad is having surgery. they found something wrong beside his spine that he was born near. they plan to take bones from his hip and fuse them onto his spine. this sounds approaching a huge deal to me and although my dad have had several surgeries, this one seem kinda nasty. can anyone afford me more information on this type of surgery?Answers:
The surgery is not minor, but it's not as bad as some we do.

For all I care I drank heaps of coffee everyday as I worked in starbucks… I never feel awake, I always slept in good health. I was also a diet coke user. If you are like me, this is a poor quality of yours too. I digest way too much caffeine respectively day. I probably enjoy at least six or more servings respectively day. More than I should consume surrounded by several days. I drink too much cola. That is my problem. Not only is it loaded beside sugar, it has caffeine within it too. A cup of coffee in the morning to bring back you going isn't going to hurt. It can help you get up up and be more alert. It can help drop start your day into something worthwhile. Instead of idea sleepy and tired. Though, if you drink too much caffeine, you can have the converse effect that you are looking for. It can drain all of your dash and make you touch very tired.

i am also a migraine sufferer and the drinks that i avoid are think that are dark, approaching coca-cola, Pepsi,Dr peppers, root beer.
i drink decaff coffee and tea, and enjoy cheese in moderation, that cause them too.
Red wine is a major factor, white seem to be okay. and also clear spirits are fine, they have no effect.
i find if i already hold a migraine alot of water help and maybe paracetamol which have caffeine in, in-fact if i lug the tablets with a mouthful or two of cola it seem to calm down quicker.
But unanimously if i have one that have gone too far, a neck work with peppermint and eucalyptus grease is great.

It make it pretty much impossible to sleep so you would need plenty to string you out and make it so at the extremity of the trip you would have be awake for a minimum of 18 hours. It isn't an exact science because it depends on how pure the LSD is that was dropped on the tab. The more pure the LSD was, the smaller number you would need. When wake up from an LSD trip you would feel disoriented, and possibly a little dried up, but it wouldn't be like your average hangover. Your metal processes would also be a bit slow for a few hours after waking up.
Passing out on LSD is extremely unyielding to do. It's a stimulant, it keeps you wide-ranging awake until it wears stale. If you lay down and close your eyes and watch the visuals it's possible to drift bad into a dreamy state, but the dose you take have nothing to do beside that.
At extremely high overdoses it's possible to shift into a coma. In 1972 eight San Francisco residents were admit to the hospital because they had snorted incredibly big amounts of LSD tartrate mistaken for cocaine, and some went into a coma for a short while, but they adjectives left the hospital contained by stable condition within 48 hours.
It's strong to judge how much lsd you're ingesting unless you know the source. My trips ultimate roughly 12-14 hours, and during which it is very rock-hard for me to fall asleep, if I spend the majority of the trip physically exerting myself (dancing, roaming the streets) than I find it's much easier to spatter asleep during the come down period.
The interesting entry (at least to me) is that when I awake (usually a dutiful 8-12 hours of pure sleep, no waking up during) I have a feeling like a million dollars. The fear usually lasts for the subsequent couple of days. I also notice this on other psychedelics as all right (mushrooms, mescaline).
Also it would take a LOT of lsd (thousands of micrograms) to experience truly horrifying gloomy effects. Even a dose of 450-600 micrograms will only result within a longer, slightly stronger trip.
Problems Sleeping?
I am a very standard lamp sleeper and awake by people walking around the house. I travel to bed at 10:30-11:pm and am usually woken up by someone walking around upstairs at 12:00am, then 1am, next 2am..then it take me another hours to fall asleep again. I get up up in the morning at 6:30 am and am completely exhausted..I cant hold going on like this. Any one own any ideas on how I can sleep a unbroken night through lacking waking up from everyone walking around.Answers:
Have you tried an over the counter sleep aid, such as diphenhydramine (commonly found contained by Benadryl, etc.)? Even taking half a tablet may build a difference in helping you stay asleep through the darkness. It has help me in days gone by.
I have also hear that Melatonin, which is a supplement, works wonders for a good night's rest.

i'm a very street light sleeper like you are, so i know exactly what you are experiencing. The culture that lived in the apartment above us gallop around between 3 and 4AM every morning, very annoying. You can ask them to please not gallop around upstairs, move, or thieve something to put you into a slightly deeper sleep.....we moved
take a hot hip bath before bed and also drink a chalice of warm milk beside sugar!
theres natural supplaments that can assist. Valerian, Melatonin, Zinc/Magnesium.
play some sounds like music or breakers or creek in your room.
that bearing it will mask some of the commotion. get rotten all caffeine as
that contributes (coffee, colas, tea, chocolate, etc.) revise to breathe and relax so you can get put money on to sleep. consider getting a sleep hypnosis CD you can play whenever you stir up.
Earplugs
I live right next to a trunk road where inhabitants are always driving at hours of darkness and playing loud music or squealling their tires, so I use a fan. I point it away from me so the twirl doesn't bother me or my wife, but the white noise from the devotee really drowns out the other noises.
