I have stopped smoking and cant stop coughing. i dont mind but it does distube me at at darkness. i have tried sleeping big, but cant get comfy, anyone get any tips please

I dont deliberate its a problem. I had a blanket until I be 15 all of a sudden I stopped need it no idea how ... it only just happend over time. Id see a psychologist if i were you, because it seem like it might be a mild depression. Its great your trying to carry help, if you dont it will of late get worse. Ok. so i have be "sick" for 2 days. Saturday and Sunday.
