How much does it cost and does it hurt?Answers:
I had it done. It cost me $1,200 ($600 per eye). It doesn't hurt. The worst slice is when they put the clamp on your eye to keep it initiate.
I gotta warn you though, ever since my surgery (4 years ago) I've have a hard time driving at hours of darkness because all the lights are fuzzy and blur my hallucination.

I had LASIK going on for 1-1/2 years ago and paid $1900 per eye for Wavefront LASIK. I did not experience any affliction. I am also happy next to my results. And I would not recommend making the choice on cost but on finding a reputable surgeon with experience - experienced surgeons find the best results and have the fewest complications.
From what I enjoy read, the cost can range from $500 to $3000 per eye, but I would instinctively be cautious of the lower price ranges.

I'm in like peas in a pod boat you are. What those pamphlets put in the picture you is to recognize the triggers that build you want a cigarette. Big ones are being within the car and after meal for me. So I started by not smoking while driving, helped me cut down considerably. Now I'm working on the post-meal cigarette. So far I've come down from a pack a daylight to about a pack every 3-4 days. I guess the theory for me now is to pick a date on when I'm going to quit and stick to it.
Also try convincing yourself that cigarettes nibble gross. That worked well for a friend of mine (but she also found out she be pregnant, so that helped a bit too!)
I also find that taking breakneck, sharp breaths when I feel a cigarette craving coming on sustain out a lot! I cogitate it mimics the inhalation process of smoking (duh, because I AM inhaling...)
You can try thinking of the money and the health issues, but I never have any luck with them. I could other find a way to prove correct the need to buy another pack, and if I be that worried about the vigour issues (I know, I should be) I'd have quit already, or never started surrounded by the first place.
I also found that I had greater nouns if I kept it to myself that I was trying to quit. Typically I guess you're supposed to convey everyone so you feel obligated to quit, but later I just feel like I be letting everyone down if I caved surrounded by, and that made me want to smoke more.
Obviously, you'll have to integer out what works best for you. Just don't give up!

cold turkey worked for me. i chewed closely of gum along the way too.
I'm also trying to quit smoking. My best tip: maintain as much sugar-free candy and gum on your person as you can. It help a lot to hold something to put in your mouth when a cigarette craving hits.
If you enjoy any triggers (for me, alcohal and caffeine always label me want to smoke), try avoiding them as well.
Nothign really worked for me until i REALLY looked-for to quit adn then I in recent times did it codl turkey from 3 1/2 packs a morning.
If you really want to quit, either something will abet or you will find the strength to do it on your own. It's not easy but you can do it if you grain strongly enough almost it. Do let those you fastidiousness about know first what's going on so they will understadn your moodiness and know how to support you. That's going to be the most important point for you to have IMO

Make a plan, and slowly restraint yourself. Like, for the first week, have one smaller number than you usually do, mark it down on your calander. It would be easier if you have someone help you.
I say aloud the best way to quit anything is cold turkey. Just bestow it up and you will forget it forever. I mean, I own never smoked, but I know I cant just hand over up on chocolate. Then again, chocolate doesnt give me go threatening diseases like emphazema, lung cancer, cancer of the throat, tooth rotting, gingivitis, and I could go on and on. So if chocolate did adjectives of those things and more, I would quit cold turkey. Can you?

They have strange medication out now. It is soppose to catch rid of "all" your withdrawal symptoms. My doctor give me script for it, but I'm a moment ago not ready however. Call your doctor and ask for it. It is soppose to be very courteous.

The best thing that i can recomend is that you use a pet shampoo...no offense, it works. Assuming that you hold pets, with fur unsurprisingly. Reason being, surrounded by biology terms, lice are contained by the same solid family as fleas. my best suggestion is Dog shampoo, but dont be afraid to detail your mom. She is probably going to be more upset that you didn't tell her, lead to she might want to help you. Worst travel case scenario... she's upset cause she wasn't the one you go to to ask for help, which will brand her feel fruitless. Trust me, my mom and my mother are both like that.

You don't hold to tell your mom, you will stipulation the shampoo for lice.Use if full strength. then mix it near your regular shampoo. Dr. told me to do this to my kids because a neice that visited repeatedly had it. My kids never get lice. A part of college shopping in Aug. is to include this shampoo.
