This happens to me once a blue moon; I bring a tiny white spot at the base of my fingernail (near the cuticle) and it lately kind of stays in that and grows out with the fastener itself. I think that when you bump, pinch or otherwise hurt a finger pin that it shows up on a fingernail from time to time. I get those white spots adjectives the time because I work with my hand a lot. When I be a kid we use to play a trick on other kids. We would have them put both little fingers within their mouth and bite down kinda hard on the nail for about 15 second. After 15 seconds we told them to remove their Little fingers, lock them together and verbs as hard as they could. It stings strictly good when you do that and next it leaves those little white marks. That's why I numeral that I get my share of those also. They don't closing long and go away .

You own not mentioned your age. There are two probablity
1. Enlarge Prostate. or 2. You may be suffering from Urinary Tract Infection. Get it checked. If your age is above 45 than it is prostatitis. Take Prostanil one tab day after day.

Have never seen statistics on infrequent pooing. It can singular go so long however because eventually it will come backbone up the other way. It is not unusual for someone near very doomed to failure long standing constipation to vomit up their own faeces so I wouldn't risk leaving it to long.
