Relax yourself, empty your mind and as expected close your eyes (not to do this while driving or anything like that!) conjure a 60 second clock, like the one you see at a basketball activity, and see in your mind the paw of that clock and the top of the clock at 60. Count down with that clock as the paw of the clock moves counterclockwise from 60 to 59, 58, 57,56...see it move one notch at a time. Here is the fun chunk...your mind must stay empty of any thoughts while you are doing this..if a thought creeps within then you must start over at 60 second again. For most people, at first, they cannot acquire past the first 5 or 10 second. Here is an example...60,59,58,57,56,55... (interrupting thought) "I have to walk to the dentist next week"....when this happen, start at 60 again.
Eventually, you will be able to count down to even 20 or 15...usually most relatives fall asleep by afterwards because the mind is quieted and so sleep comes easily.
This take some patience and practice but it teach you to focus better and you will find that you will not only nod past its sell-by date to sleep quicker, because you have trained your mind to leave its thoughts, but you will have much better focus during your wake hours.

I've been experiencing niggle in my right wrist for several months immediately...and no one can recount me whats wrong. One doctor told me it could just be my RSD acting up...while another said it could only be tendinitis. As of a few days ago...I've been have a constant tingling numbness sensation in that same right wrist. I'm have a hard time grabing or picking up objects, and it feel like my wrists constantly asleep. I hold limited emotion, and it seems stiff sometimes. I dont know what to do...it feel like I'm loosing control of my wrist...and a short time in my hand. Any idea whats going on?Answers:

I somehow get my fresh contacts mixed up with older contacts that I have have sitting for over 2 months. I took them out after a few hours because my vision be foggy and when I put in the fresh contacts, every flimsy lamp on the street that I passed have this rainbow circle around it from the light. Your eyes are probably fine, if you want to be sure run to the doctor to check. Wearing old contacts will not mess up your vision, it will take home you prone to eye infections. A few hours in the contact is unlikely to do any despoil, this is just you imagination playing tricks on you.

Get some melatonin from a drug store or GNC. It's a fluent supplement that will help u sleep. Ur going through what they alert U about,"it could be obsession forming" Your system is use to it. It will take a couple of weeks where on earth U wont need it. That happen with most adjectives prescription sleep meds. Same thing can appear with tylenol pm or any of the OTC sleep aids. I found the melatonin is the lowest habit forming & it works capably in backing going to sleep. hope this helps or give U something to think just about.
