I have an episode develop today and wonder if it's a symptom of.?

Today I had an episode where on earth I had this sudden backache in the moved out side of my abdomen. It be so bad I doubled over from the strain. After about 5 minutes of convincing myself it be OK to stand up straight again, I did. I immediately feel as if I had be lit on fire. My entire body turned red and my hand looked like they be burned badly by color. I also started to itch utterly. I started to feel feathery headed and passed out while on the phone near my mom. About 10 minutes later I come to and heard her yell for me to pick up the phone. I picked it up, told her what happened, and she told me to without beating about the bush get some sugar into my system. My quiz is was that from low blood sugar (I have eaten one suppertime the entire day) or was it something else?
