strain surrounded by neck/throat?

its winter and the dorms are over heating and drying everything out. i hold post nasal drip. i've recovering from a sore throat too, which probably could be connected to the post nasal drip. there is a slight dull pain in my neck/throat when i blow my muzzle. are these things connected? i've never been tested for allergies so could this be an allergy? should i a short time ago gargle with saline water and drink plenty of fluids?
Answers:
return with a humidifier and use it at night, it help a lot. You can win a cheap one ($20) at Walgreens. I'm sure it's all related.
you shold enjoy some soup too.
i have principal allergies, and a post nasal drip. so yes, i can say from experience that those will do the sore throat, so will overly dry/hot air tho.

from personal experience saline water does nought. drinking OJ always help me with the sore throat. also try a hall defense suppliment drop. its kinda like a cough drop, but its vitamin C and they trademark you salavate so that helps near keeping your throat moist.

good luck. its a torment in the butt, i know.
Allergies grounds PND (post nasal drip) and PND can cause sore throats and bronchitis. Get tested and start immunotherapy. The throat distress is due to your throat irritation and noseblowing can aggravate it. The neck niggle may be sore muscles. An OTC allergy med that contains loratidine and pseudoephedrine may help next to allergy relief within general and near PND in pernickety. Go ahead and gargle and increase fluids but see an allergist.
Yes do that and consult a doctor pronto. Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with heat up salty hose down or mouthwash can reduce the distress and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html...

Spot problem?

Recently ive been getting reasonably alot of spots on my face, Im on the pill & i no i return with spots the week before i stop taking my pill & the week of it, ive lately had them the unharmed time this month! Ive bin worrying over things & stressing over things lately & i wondering if this is whats causing them??

Thanks
Answers:
Being stressed and run down can really bring spots on. Don't worry just about it too much, most people win them frm time to time and only a extraordinarily small percentage still get them belated in vivacity.
spots are caused by stress. if you use a day after day cleanser, toner and moisturiser it can help.i dont know in the order of the pills affects with your skin, but by the sounds of it its affecting your skin when your not on it! accurate luck.
try regular face wash
if that dosnt work
meet a skin speacilist
If you capture a monthly break out it's more likely to be hormonal (I'm 44 and this STILL happen to me!) See your doctor, he may consider changing your pill.
If you are stressing, try to find time to chill out and rest, devour healthily & drink more water, create sure you're getting enough sleep.
You can in reality change your pill if you are worried something like spots, to one that gets rid of them. Being stressed and run down definately effects your skin, lately make sure you maintain on drinking loads of water to backing flush out any toxins.
start to drink plenty of water and put away friut and you will notice a difference inside a week. If like myself you do not approaching plain water afterwards use diluting juice.
this have helped me but i do still take the occasional spot when i am due.
Go for a facial. Your face is surrounded by zones and if the spots are around your mouth they are coupled to your ovaries. Your therapist will explain surrounded by greater detail.
I understand totally how horrible it is and how down you can have a feeling with spots as I am suffering from them too. I've tried almost everything that can be bought over the counter and loads of home remedies such as drinking loads of dampen, eating lots of fruit, wash face regularily (which help obviously but can't cure spot problems as it is not dirt that cause them).

Anyway, last week I finally go to my GP. He talked me through the bare bones of acne (which contray to popular belief is the term used for any severity of spots), and consequently prescribed me some antibiotics (topical). My course is 3 months. He said to come back if things aren't noticely better and afterwards he'd refer me to a dermatoligist. He also assured me that there are loads of possible treatments so theres no requirement to worry. I really would proposal you to see your GP, it's really helpful. Not simply to get a treatment that works, but to also communicate to someone about your problem. It's great that population can give proposal over the internet but no matter how apt the advice is it may not even apply to you individually as every armour and person is different.

Good luck, and try to stay serenity, he told me that stress can make acne alot worse.

Is anyone a certified nurse or doctor?

..........on gettin' a tatt' while breastfeedin'..?
Answers:
Nurses and doctors are licensed. Due to possible complications, I would advise against it while breastfeeding. I would also support against switching to bottle feeds purely so you can get the tattoo.
i wouldn't, although tattoo polars are reasonably safe contained by there practices I'd recommend against at least for a couple months, sense being the ink does stay contained by your system for a good while, and blood supplies nutrition to your mammary glands, the ink is toxic if ingested surrounded by high concentrations, it prolly isn't plenty to do serious damage but is noxious non the less
Almost a doctor, You can find a tattoo at anytime during a pregnancy or breast feeding, however if you are not sure if you are allergic to the ink, next don't do it. Plus, you have to be really vigilant where you shift to get the tattoo. So, so, so masses shops don't take the time to properly sterilize here equipment and it can cause serious problems. Make sure you travel to a replicable shop. Good luck

Has anyone experienced/seen a cocaine overdose?

What are the signs or sypmtoms? This is a serious question/serious answers please. Thank you.
Answers:
Cocaine is a stimulant (coffee to the nth level), so what you'd usually see is a "overstimulated" guy: senses systems all up. Its on the spot effects include euphoria/extreme happiness, or perchance anxiety or anger. More severe physical symptoms include an increased heart rate and blood pressure, dilated pupils, and even seizures. If a party has be snorting "coke" or "crack" for some time, you'd probably see him with a perforate nasal septum (the little thingy that separates the two nostrils.
honestly, in adjectives seriousness, any dose is an overdose.

What can I do, I snore so loud my boyfriend is going crazy, what can I do to stop it?

He say it is so loud...it wake him up all thru the nite..please give a hand....
Answers:
Snoring is a common problem and the solution is not other easy. It's usually cause by the epiglotus getting thrashed about surrounded by the throat when one breathes and is relaxed. Snoring is made worse by conditions like flabbiness and sinus congestion. In severe cases, the patient may develop sleep apnea where on earth they stop breathing several times during the night.

There are oodles over-the-counter remedies as others have suggested and I've individually tried them all including breathe right and throat sprays. If those don't work, you should consult your doctor and receive a referral to have a sleep-study done. This is where on earth you will go into a lab and truly spend a night contained by there below observation. They can later determine more accurately what the problem is and how to correct it.

They may recommend exercise or a diet change, nasal sprays, surgery to correct a deviated septum or a breathing device.

In the meantime, for his peace of mind I recommend that he use some foam earplugs so he can get a devout night's sleep. My wife has resorted to these on affair and while it doesn't stop my snoring (or hers) but it does help us rise revitalized each morning.

One other article to consider is the air feature in your room. If you own animals or other contaminants, it can cause nasal problems and force the snorer to breathe through their mouth more. Something to meditate about.
Get some breath right strips, they will break open up your nasal pasages and help you breath better.
Tell your doctor to refer you to the ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) perchance he can do surgery to correct it.
Not too much you can do personally. Your doctor could check your antenna for blockage or narrowing of the nasal passage. If you are overweight the uvula can hang down into the throat causing it to convulse and then you create snoring. But see an ENT. It could be lots of things.
Try a contour pillow it repositions your d¨¦colletage and head so you breath better and snore smaller amount. I tried the strips and the ENT as well as a sleep study this is the individual thing that worked and they are in the order of $10 at Ikea. Good Luck!
Breathe Rights and the liquid that go with them
You can try breath right strips or purely get him some ear plugs.
Breathe right strips or some of those ear plugs close to Meredith got for Dr. McDreamy on Grey's anatomy. HA HA! I'm sorry. I know its not funny to you. I know how your boyfriend feel. My boyfriend snores so loud that it wakes me up adjectives the time. I can usually just shake him somewhat bit and he stops long enough for me to move about back to sleep. If not, I of late lay there and snigger cause I can't believe such a cute sweet human being can make that mode of noise.
Try those breath right strips that run across your nose. They work wonders. Also, let somebody know him to flip you over if you're on your back, that'll stop it for awhile.
I'll progress off the assumption that you're an average woman. This way you're probably 30 lbs overweight. Overweight people tend to enjoy more ENT problems. I would recommend a good exercise regiment consisting of alot of cardio, near decreased caloric intake. The results won't be overnight, but eventually these problems will jump away, and you'll be more attractive too.
Snoring loud is a symptom of something more serious. The most common robustness issue related to snoring is Sleep Apnea. See your doctor and get a referral to a sleep clinic ASAP. Sleep Apnea is not something to put sour. You could literally die in your sleep! And not to mention it cause problems with your heart and near severe sleep deprivation which will make you surface sleepy all the time. It happen to overweight people near short necks, but it also happen to skinny people beside a recessed chin (that's what I've had). They can do surgery to correct the situation or at least to give a hand with the symptoms. Removing the tonsils will give a hand with the snoring. Also sleep on your side. Good luck!
Most of the antediluvian ones they advise to only just wake you up whenever you snore too loud...I guess you can try that...

Is in attendance anything I can do roughly short attention span and unforced distraction?

Answers:
Sade J. is correct in that you should see a doctor and capture this checked. If it is ADD, there are medication that can be helpful. Also, one of the possible symptoms of depression or anxiety can be short attention span.

I used to work as a psych RN and I enjoy depression with anxiety. The antidepressant help with my short attention span and also, I find Ginko Biloba accommodating.

If you have non of the above conditions, nearby are concentration exercises that can help. One of the best is to concentrate on the tip of a second foot of a clock. When thoughts come into your mind, ignore them and verbs focusing on the tip of the second hand.

The nice piece about this exercise is that you will be aware of how much time go by in between thoughts. When you lose focus satisfactory that you become preoccupied and interested in your thoughts, a short time ago gently bring your attention wager on to the tip of the second hand.

Notice your longest time between thoughts and set goal to increase this time. Do this exercise for 10 minutes twice a day and as you progress you will interest increased ability to concentrate contained by the rest of your life. I widely read this exercise in a yoga ashram.

My best wishes to you and I hope that something that I hold written has help.
What was the give somebody the third degree again?

What was the interview?

Try Ginko Biloba...it is supposed to support memory.
May ask a Pharmacist if they know of anything good...they usually know more than doctors in the region of over the counter drugs.
Well probably the best thing is...skulk I have to read the put somebody through the mill again...Oh yeah, quit smokin' that stuff!, oh wait, to be precise short term memory loss, uh so HAVE A NICE DAY...

Yes near is something you can do. Go and talk to a doctor. Your distraction is highly common within females. You probably have ADD or ADHD. These are attention deficit disorders. The doctor will perscribe you some medication to support with it. I strongly suggest that you move about and see a doctor because if you are a young age, studies show that females beside untreated ADD or ADHD are more prone to substance and chemical abuse. Psychological, I usually grind when stressed.
more psychological
r u sure they r not chattering
I used to grind my teeth as a child. A lot of people surrounded by my family do that. It could be heritable. I clinch my teeth at night very soon and wake up near a sore face. I believe i.e. due to stress. It could be that it is both physical and psychological.
Periodontal (a gum disease) can also cause severe teeth grinding...So it can most noticeably be a physical condition as well.
i contemplate it is heredatory as my father does it too. i think that it is heredatory. also it is when you are stressed (or could be im not too sure, i enjoy never got mine checked out). i hope that i enjoy helped.

Is it discouraging to "pop" your knuckles and/or collar?

Answers:
My physical therapist say yes, because over time, you can hyper-elongate the ligaments that hold the bones in place, making them too slack to hold said bones.

Of course, joint pop on their own. This is in citation to constant, FORCED popping.
The desire to pop the neck or rear legs is caused by rigidity from a jammed or fixated vertebra, which causes another bit of the spine to compensate by moving too much and "popping" a lot. The jammed division should be adjusted by a chiropractor so that the rest of the spinal column will set off and stop being so movable and piercing. Cracking or popping your neck give relief for a while, but soon the urge to pop or crack reappear because the cause of the spinal tautness hasn’t been corrected.

cracking your knuckles does zilch to the joints surrounded by your hands. the nouns that you hear is pockets air surrounded by the joint escaping. its really nil more that a strech of your hands. its indistinguishable thing taking place when your pop your back. im sure during it seriously or in an extreme trend will cause something fruitless. but if your are doing it in a plausible manner to stretch your hand then its okay
Yes, particularly. Later on in the years youn will enjoy arthritis in your knuckles and décolletage. I "pop" too, but I try not to because of that!!
