How disappointingly are platelet donors needed?
I have donated platelets, blood and red blood cell over the past few years. However, I own been avoiding it lately because I experienced a bloody hematoma during the platelet donatioon process and last time I donated blood, I passed out. My iron is regularly to low, (for thier standards), and the platelet donation takes the full 2 hours for me. They said my count is on the lower completion of "normal" that's why it takes so long. Anyways... they nickname me constantly, sounding quite desperate, asking me to donate and I'm only just wondering if there are really that few donars...? I get the impression guilty for avoiding it, but at the same time I don't want to put myself at risk. The time I faint has made me on edge to do it again because I have to drive home and wouldn't want that to start while I'm driving.Answers:

You should definitely ask the psychiatrist who prescribed the medication this press. I doubt that there will be any nutritional change that could have duplicate effect that Adderall would have. ADHD is not cause by diet, so it stands to reason that it could not really be treated near diet. Please do not take your daughter bad any medication of this type without planning next to the doctor first -- taking her off could basis very undesirable side effects.
Well... I be on Ritalin from age 8 til 13 then I go to concerta from 13-16. And I kind of grew out of it.
My doctor also suggested to my mother that I changed my diet.. I did and I be taken off meds. at age 16.

I wouldn't pilfer her off the medication. But I don't know how shifting her nutrition could do her any harm! I imagine it could certainly relieve! especially like next to vitamin C and stuff like that. Your wet soluable Vitamins (C,B, and E) must be replaced frequently! With her being a child she probably wouldn't entail as much as an adult, but we enjoy to have vitamins to live! The vitamins will do her know impair unless they are the fat soluable vitamins. Some minerals can also be toxic contained by high amounts.

feeler bleed much?
I have a problem w/ my feeler or whatever. Like 2 years ago, I never get a nose bleed, concluding year, I've had close to 3 nose bleeds, and this year, I've have like a couple, around 8 or 9. This week, i've gotten 1 on Tuesday or Monday darkness, 2 on Thursday and Friday. I mean I in recent times blow my nose and everything typical. on Thursday, it was the most blood that go out, there's this gooey thing that come out slightly bigger than the star here(for the interesting question). All my nose bleeds come from my right nostril, never did it come out the left. I really inevitability help. I didn't let somebody know my Mom that I had 2 more nosebleeds this week b/c I'm upset.what do I do? i'm just 12. if ur wondering. appreciation

I've experienced the same problem and it turned out that it wasn't anything to be worried in the order of.
Having nose bleeds are common for some people because of how their snout is structured. In some cases, having feeler bleeds are common because the blood vessles are closer to the outter fold of your nose so their undemanding to break; causing a feeler bleed. Sometimes dryness in your antenna due to warm weather will grounds it also. Nose bleeds can also be caused by inflamation within your nose. Other than that, don't verbs about it! It will slowly disappear eventually.
Just as a reminder, use soft cotton balls instead of tissue serious newspaper to stop your nose bleeds because that can produce your nose to bleed even more. Also, drink lots of marine to flush out the inflamation in your muzzle.

I used to get lots of snout bleeds. It sounds like the bin liner of your nose have got constricted in one nostril. be wary blowing it and use cold water to facilitate it stop. I used to just stick my proboscis under a cold touch. I never saw a doctor about it and in a minute I don't get them but if you are worried notify you mum and see a doctor, all he'll do is conceivably give you a minor treatment inside your nostril to stop it.

Does anyone else suffer from hot foot at dark?
I suffer terribly near hot/burning feet at dark and have done immediately for over 25 years. I read on a website that it can be caused from soddium sacharin, which I did find contained by diet pops and sweetex, both of which I use. I changed my sweetners and made sure my pop did not contain soddium sacharin, this did help for a while but the restlessness and burning sensation have came subsidise with a vengance. My GP have no suggestions and says its a sign of correct circulation, this does not comfort me when I am still awake at silly oclock looking for a cold spot to put my feet on!!. I get hot foot and I've got really poor circulation. Try cutting out adjectives sweeteners including sugar. You'll have a bitter go, but you'll sleep better.

I seize cold feet. So you are dictum that if I use sacharin that I can warm up my foot? Interesting. If I eat when I am cold, I eventually thaw up, but my feet go and get cold fast if I am not exercising sometimes. Trying to cut back on my fat and cholesterol intake.

I alternate with burning foot and feet resembling blocks of ice. Try putting cold river in a hot marine bottle and put your feet on that.

Untuck your blankets or duvet from the bottom of the bed and fold it rear towards the top of the bed so that your feet are exposed through the hours of darkness. Should your feet become cold you can purely move them under the covers, believe me it works

My interrogate is, if I have to progress into the ER tonight for asthma symptoms (I had to budge in 2 days ago too, but disappeared before I be seen because I have a doctors appointment with my primary precipitate in the morning and within would have be a 6 hour wait, and so i would have be seen quicker merely going to my existing appointment), would the doctors or nurses think I be "faking" or just have an "anxiety attack" (even though I do not suffer from anxiety) given the following information:-I was not presently wheezing (although I be earlier)

you sleep near your mouth open... you dont freshly realize it but thats the reason. also beforehand you go to sleep, you drink 1-2 goggles of water.
if you enjoy a stuffy nose you may be breathing through your mouth at darkness,that will cause dry mouth,or taking some medication will do that too
