I stopped smoking for over a year and I still fancy a cigarette?

Will I ever get cigarettes out of my skipper!
Answers:
Stay with that quit! It's magnificent to get over a year into it!

I quit freshly a bit over 5 years ago, and I can tell you that the strength benefits are making keeping my quit so worthwhile! Every time I go like lightning up a flight of stairs without wheezing, I am grateful. Every time I can travel on a long walk next to my grandkids, I am happy.

My doctor have had praise for how much in good health I am. So has my ear specialist. Even my dentist have said my gums are much healthier.

About once every couple of weeks or so, I presume about smoking. Just a thought, not even a crave. The fantastic piece is, the moment I set my mind onto something else, the thought is gone again.

Things just save on getting better and better and.... Don't impart up on this quit. You'll see what I'm talking around.
No I quit five years ago and still fancy one. Take up running or biking that helped me immensely.
There are times I still want a cig and I stopped a few years ago. You only just can't give into the craving. I found out going to the gym help me get over it. Why don't you try to transport up something that will kill your time and hold your mind off of it?
Maybe. I hold just started again after 20 YEARS!! I never get them out of my head. I other wished I could enjoy one, then I become unwell and smoked one to help me through and that be it! God I've missed it so much.

Obviously I would advise you to keep hold of going, at least my lungs have a 20 year break from it.

Best wishes....
Congratuations, on not smoking for a year. I think your necessitate is purely psychological, as you will definitely own no physical need after adjectives that time. Just start thinking of a substitute, for instance, every time you want a cigarette, have a chalice of water instead.
I stopped 20 years ago and fence in myself reaching for one every now and consequently. Somehow, the notion that there isn't a pack surrounded by my pocket hasn't sunk into my feeble brain but.
no never! but you have done a fantastic opportunity!
Im like you except I own only done it for a month !! And here's me thinking the first 3 days be the hardest - I don't know why but I thought that the cravings would just wane after that... Best of luck and don't give surrounded by !
Of course you will. You cannot expect yourself to forget all in the order of cigarettes in a afternoon.Try to smoke less starting from immediately onwards and you will soon be used to not smoking.
I gave up over a year ago and I still bring back the odd craving. Its approaching every other addiction, I think. Just rebuke the cravings and do something else that takes your mind past its sell-by date it.
It's hard...but hang on to at it.
I think you're in recent times stress up and that's y u need a puff! Right?
This doesn't furnish me much hope matey!

I am on my second day of quitting and I hold on to having a possible lapse of will power - I am on patch and they are working but The hablt is still playing games in my organizer!

Good luck
It never goes away, you freshly get used to it. I stopped 7 years ago!
It will be nearby but it will reduce by time. I slightly smoking since 10 years and still I think roughly it.

But do not think just about trying one because it is the first one and then you will be in attendance again.
I quit food for over a year and i still fancied food. (went on a diet), Will i ever get food out of my director? The answer is NO.
i have quit reasonably a few time but everytime i go final as it is the hardest thing ever to crave something and cant own it!! but keep going and live on and eventually u will be aware of better!! i am going o quit again shortly cannot afford it anymore!
You need to take to the point where you reap the robustness benefits of not smoking to really appreciate your efforts.
No, it wont step away. It will go away most of the time on most days but you will own moments when you are really craving a cigarette. Just don't give into it. Try to find something else to do to hold on to your mind off of it. Also, if the smell of cigarettes smoke make you sick and you are thinking "I used to smell like that!" Keep that contained by mind when your craving one.

I quit for six years and the only time I craved one really, really desperate is when I was drinking. A really honest thing I with the sole purpose drink occasionally. But, I was at a celebratory reception and drank a little more than I should and I be dying for a ciggie. Someone gave me one when I asked. That be 4 years ago..I"m smoking again. I am having a hell of a time stopping..I can't. The firt time it be so easy this time its so not easy. So don't give contained by. Keep thinking of all the reason you quit and how hard you worked at it.
not completely. My mum give up over 30 years ago and has told me she still somtimes fancy a cig.
keep going basically think you don't own that horrible smell of tobbacco

Can a deaf mute being hear their thoughts??

Curious on this one.. can a person who is deaf and mute hear what their inner thoughts are.. similar to when someone who is hearing/talking thinks contained by their head i hear my voice. Is it duplicate with deaf/mute nation?
Answers:
i think that they consider about it approaching a signals of hands moving within thier mind , i think not a voice
i would estimate that they couldn't, because they have never experienced nouns and they wouldn't know how to "think" it.
Too much science fiction hun. No one can hear your thoughts.
You do not hear your voice. You IMAGINE you hear your voice. Thought has no voice. If a deaf/mute can guess, and they can, they can "hear" their thoughts.
WHOA! That is a cool question. I'd hold to agree: No they wouldn't experince thought through that sensory mechanism since they don't experience enthusiasm through sound, any. I don't know how they would think, but they would own their own means of doing so. Same go for dreaming.
Yes, but without a voice as we know it. For example, study a totally deaf personage when they think they are alone and their foot will appear to be rapidly signing within a very subtle passageway against their thigh. That is one way of witnessing themselves chitchat to themselves in thought.

Even if they are not moving their hand, they sense the gestures and sites giving them a story of events simply as complex as hearing.

Read Helen Keller. You will bring back a great idea on how her mind works anyone both deaf and blind and how she talks to herself short hearing nouns waves or similes.
not much way to be sure, but i believe that contained by this case they a short time ago have insticts and mental state. if you couldnt hear yourself, your thoughts donnot contain words, but instincs and feelings
I work contained by the Deaf Community, however I am not Deaf. Thus, I can't answer your question around the inner workings of a Deaf person's mind. Heads up though, "deaf-mute" is an inappropriate occupancy. That term hasn't be used in several many years-thank god. Generally, Deaf or Hard-of-hearing is better.
correct question!I reflect on MOO... 's right!
Yes they can here thoughts. They dream of visions they own seen. I know this "deaf mute" that could not speak, nor hear. At times he would go to the football games beside us and when the band be on the field and the drums started to roll he would look at us and get the motions the drummers were making. He could hear the vibrations even though he could not hear.
deaf mute does not hear..eventually cannot speak to himself,,however they can ponder to theirselves in a different process than we do because yet they can see..so,their thoughts are photographic(visual) translation more than individual verbal thinking...while other folks who are deaf mute and blind are able to individual feel things...so their inner thoughts are solely translated through tactile mechanism...I guess!
Yes they can. Just indistinguishable way you and I can. The use
is because our thoughts do not consist of sound.

No cure yet.
Ask Tom Cruise. He is dyslexic as economically. But he hired someone to read the scripts for him. Power of money!
So I believe if he is so multimillionaire and can't pay to be cured, I guess it doesn't hold a cure. Sorry!

The largest differences between a guardianship assistant and Nurse?

I have get to do an essay on the differences between a care assistant, nurse and GP, when looking after someone contained by there own home, can you please give me some ideas

Thanks
Answers:
Depending on which instrument you want to write essay, you can make any look better. Here are some of my thoughts, hope they are of help.

Care Assistant Takes "Care" of the patients every obligation. Whither washing coat, changing bed clothes etc.

If the forgiving needs injections or procedures done a nurse would be more qualified than a assistance assistant.

Nurse has more medical testimonial on paper, but this doesn't indispensable mean they are the best thinking giver.

The Doctor really individual diagnoses problem and gives instruction for trouble assistant and nurse to follow.

Good Luck with essay.
Basically a Nurse is qualified and a exactness assistant isn't.

Additional: Soapbox Rab obviously doesn't know any nurses.
Take my word for it, the duties and responsibilities of a nurse compared to a trouble assistant go beyond a diploma and a uniform.
This is probably not want they want to hear but a charge assistant is a Cheap Nurse...anyone can be a care assistant - as long as you can abandoned bed pans and erect & lay... a skivvy in other words... a Nurse is basically a care assistant near the Diploma & fancy uniform..
A nurse has a license. There are two kind of licensed nurses:
Registered Professional Nurse (RN), and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

The care assistants are the ones who merely take meticulousness of the patients, maybe within old folks homes, etc. They did not capture the training as those above mentioned nurses did.
alot more education for a nurse! my mom is one and she have to know everything ,even if it means curious a doctor about something he prescribed, because some times they don't slow down ample to read a chart, i don't know what we would do without our nurses! a support asst. is like in that to do the simple things, like thieve temps.blood pressures, things like that
roughly speaking 8 grand a year!
In their own home, basic differences as follows -

Care assistant may assist with hours of daylight to day go including help near feeding at mealtime, dressing, getting in and out of bed - common day to year tasks really.

Nurse, all of the above to be honest (if they are a definite nurse who hasnt forgotten what it really means to be a nurse!) but the largest difference here is that a nurse can administer medication.

A GP can diagnose illness, prescribe medication, and refer someone to hospital or specialist for further treatment if compulsory.

Hope this helps.
I contemplate that the actual division of labor in the nursing area is "skilled" and "unskilled".

The "skilled" labor of course referring to the nurse and the "unskilled" labor referring to the assistant.
hi, reading these available job profiles should help you
Care assistant - http://www.learndirect-advice.co.uk/help...
Nurse - http://www.learndirect-advice.co.uk/help...
GP - http://www.learndirect-advice.co.uk/help...
these will inform you what roles each one have and what their work involves, as well as training needed, pay envelope etc.
Nurses can supply drugs and inject. thay can also diagnose certain things. a keeping assistant is a helper to draw from someone assistance and to assist the nurse such as cleaning etc.
Why don't you just use your own brain and do your homework.
What smooth of education are you at? There as you spelled it should be their.

Just doing my bit to support you get a wearing clothes grade.

Care assistant have the responsibility for her duties but no overwhelming sense of responsibility as does registered nurse who is held accountable for her schedule which involve decision-making and problem-solving as in good health as all schedule. As someone pointed out either can be a honest care-giver.

i'm sick.. you be the doctor what do i enjoy??

A few days ago i was ill for 2 days. Then i was ok for three days. Yesterday i woke up ill, very discouraging sore throat, headache, congested, achey, fever. Today i enjoy all of those same symptoms PLUS my right leg is tingly. I dont know whats going on.
Answers:
Could be the adjectives cold. Could be flu. Could be allergies. Tingly leg is probably poor circulation from sleeping on it or putting too much weight on it while sitting or lay down. SEE A DOCTOR.
you need to GO to the doctor....cuz you cant achieve treated over the internet.
It Sounds Like The Flu. However, With The Tingling You Have In Your Leg I Would See A "Real" Doctor...Get Better, Gidget
Nausea with no other symptoms could be any number of things....ie: food poisoning, upset stomach. The second set of symptoms sounds resembling classic flu. I don't know why that would cause tingling contained by your leg though. Best advice is shift see your doctor, you may have more than more item going on.
you probably have the flu...GET HELP NOW!
Ummm you should dance to the damn doctor
Maybe flu, but get to the doctor because in that is something you can get to lessen the affects if it is the flu.
First. GO to the doctor. It sounds resembling you may have the flu. Sometimes it can come for in the region of 24-48 hours then come support with a vengence subsequently. However, it could be something more serious like a clot or other problems. Hope you consistency better.
You say money is an issue, your robustness is a bigger issue. See the doctor and worry in the order of the money later.
However as others hold said, sounds like the flu and you could hold low blood pressure.

Does anyone out within own Scolisis (curvature of the spine)?

Answers:
Yes, I do. Mild enough so I don't have need of a corset or the operation, but bad satisfactory that it causes misery - I've got a constant soreness in my lower rear, and I constantly feel tired within my back.
It's manifest as well, my right shoulder is a bit better than the left, the collar bone sticks out more, as do the right hip. People voice they don't see it until it's pointed out to them, but it did take me pretty a long time to accept it.
It also make buying clothes rather difficult - the clothes lately don't sit as they should.
I think the worst point was when I be in academy - I spent so many days at home, because I could scarcely get out of bed due to the headache, and none of my classmates could understand that. They thought discouraging backs be for old ancestors, and that I was freshly ditching school.
But, even though there's so lots things I hate in the order of it, I am so thankful that I don't enjoy it worse than I do - I have be quite lucky to budge without both the corset and the operation.
No, but my friend does
Yeah! It hurts!!!
No but my mum does :(
yep but its not adjectives that bad
my doctor asked me if I have ever been ejected from a aircraft..I asked him why...he said in good health with your spine curved approaching it is at the base of your d¨Ścolletage that comes from being ejected from aircraft resembling pilots get... I said nope...but does human being ejected from an aircraft-by jumping own anything to do with it...he purely looked at me...
Yeah, I have a honestly mild case of it. My right shoulder and hip are other more forward than my left and my put a bet on feels tired adjectives the time. It is awful but my insurance won't cover getting it repaired because it is not serious enough.
why? it's ok, it depends on how curved it is. if it is impossible, you go to orthopedic doctor... he will assist you... you may need a brace on your spine.

anyone else own this?

does anyone have seemingly irremediable red cheeks? And do they know what causes it, i enjoy them and it is really quite annoying because they look so strange, it is not simply when i too hot or cold it is always!
Answers:
greatly of people enjoy it

its normal
and it looks nice, untaught flush and so on
I believe the condition is called 'slapcheek' - rather common but I hold to confess, I have no belief what can be done - but I'm sure there is something!
I feel its called roscea but it is not risky and can look quite attractive.
It is call Rosacea....
this condition is called acne rosacea... it can be treated next to topical ointments and creams... tea tree grease is meant to be correct (diluted or in cream form) if it continues or become troublesome then walk and see your gpwho will probably prescribed some antibiotics....the treatment with these perchance lengthy though so try homely remedies such as creams etc first....worthy luck
It could be rosacea which is a condition that causes reddening of diverse parts of the face, usually accompany by small spots or eruptions.See your GP about this as it can be alleviated. It could also be a condition where on earth the blood vessels of the facade are near the surface of the skin and produce the red effect you are describing.
