im quitting smoking.... Any tips?
I have be smoking for a long time, and today i had one smoke gone, did not want to buy another pack (they are not cheep!) So i thaught long and hard! i really would approaching to quit smoking... Everyone keeps recitation me to go see a doctor and find some help. But i do not want to lift any meds for it. I want to do it as they say "cold Turkey" any tips?Answers:
Find something to do near your hands, knit, sew...anything. The dependence of holding a ciggie is very strong to break;
Congrats!! It was concrete for me too. I bought a bag of tootsie roll pops and everytime I craved a cig, I would draw from a pop. Keep yourself busy also.
lock yourself in the bathroom, bedroom, etc... and ahem, bring care of yourself. I have a friend who did that and she totally broke the habit plus she concluded up with a happier husband if you know what I tight.
My husband quit in Sept. He used the patch, and did great. There is nought wrong with going cold turkey, but within some ways you are making it harder on yourself than you need to. There are so copious products available to help label is easier.
Join a gym. Nothing influences diet/smoking more than working to improve your condition. When you've been putting within 3 or 4 hours per week working hard surrounded by the gym you won't want to ruin it with a cigarette or fattening food.
You said you didn't want to be in motion to the doctor but i would. I quit smoking a couple months ago and I used Nicotrol. They're nicotine inhalers. They work great. I haven't had a cigarette since. Instead of a patch or gum, you inhale nicotine through a small inhaler kinda shaped approaching a cigarette. Nicotine is absorbed through the mouth and throat it will not enter your lungs. Then you ween yourself past its sell-by date these, like cigarettes. Every time, I'm stressing or have a drink and I really want a cigarette i hit my inhaler. It makes me surface like i purely had a cigarette. Now I with the sole purpose use them when I'm drinking. They're kind of expensive though if your insurance doesn't cover them.
congrats on decide to quit first i wanna tell you that its not upright to suddenly stop smoking ( only if you really are a thickset smoker) smoking is like another fruitless habit resembling bitting your nails, or playing next to something when your kind of retiring and all the other ambience... many relatives chew gum maybe it would support you, also if you have the time and money aim professional help and so you can learn and know faster on quitting it. try jog and exercises it would really help you realize how unfit your body is because of smoking.. i hope this kinda help
Kdo ;)
Sure sometimes you have a sower throat, cough, sneeze, mucuses, confusion, flu. During your illness, voluntary you quitted smoking. And when you get recovered you started smoking again. Do you remember how the first cigarette tasted? No zest at all. So, when I established to quit smoking, I promised to my self that I wouldn't ever again light that first cigarette that didn't give me any pleasure at all. If you don't hurricane lantern that first one, you would have quited.
trademark sure you pick a day to quit and stick to it, finish rotten the pack the night past so you start out fresh the next light of day. always own something to chew on, not lollies though i ended up at the dentist beside the worst tooth ache, manufacture sure this is really what you want and that your ready, no point surrounded by trying if your not 100 percent sure, and try to stay away from other smokers, i know that last one isn't graceful but the smell of smoke only make you want one more. I go cold turkey and i have never looked support its been 5 years immediately and i smoked for 15 years, if its what you really want you'll do it.

Under what circumstances, if any, could a US pharmacist swarm a prescription from a Canadian doctor?
Answers:
A US pharmacist must follow certain guidelines contained by order to overrun a script. The doctor issuing the calligraphy must have a DEA number. The DEA may issue a number to a doctor from Canada, but I wouldn't count on it. Your best bet is to ring the pharmacy and work it out. A Canadian doctor can always call for an American colleague and ask for a script from them, that happen all the time.
A US pharmacist couldn't riddle one.
If the Canadian doctor put a gun to the pharmacist's head and constraint that they fill the prescription if not!
sorry you'll have to support ur mannerism another way
They are not supposed to, it's technically against the regulation, but what they will do is give you plenty of what you need so you can capture confirmation by an American Doctor or enought to get subsidise to Canada if you are returning in a couple of days.
A US Pharmacist couldn't imbue a Canadian prescription. Mostly because drugs available in the US and Canada can swing greatly. Also US and Canadian Doctors follow and answer to different types of Medical Associations.
they cant fill it if the canadian dr does not enjoy a DEA number
I'm a nurse. A phone number has to be given surrounded by order for the pharmacist to verify if they own any questions about the medication. The DEA # should be on the script if it is a narcotic.
Why do I hang on to on getting ring sting after doing a no.2!!?
Answers:
You may be a bit constipated which could be improved near drinking more fluids, eating more fibrous foods such as fruits, unbroken grains, veggies, and lay off binding foods resembling cheese, processed foods and white grains which can in truth pull fluid out of your body. If this doesn't give a hand you should look for signs of hemorroids such as an enlarged or bulging "ring". These are caused by vericose vein in your rectum and are worsened by constipation and straining. If you see any rectal bleeding you should consult a doctor to manufacture sure there is not a more serious problem. Good luck!
lol i have to laf at that the way you question it, that is really funny and i dont know I don`t know you've got piles or your poo is too big lmao sorry.
It happen to me most of the time too, HAHA it's so funny. But they're really annoying aren't they? They go away after a while, I can't stand them though. I'm sure it's because "it" be too thick. HAHA biddable question, I'm starring it

and some of my friends will put their contacts contained by their mouth when they come out until they can get solution to put it stern in.
why do they do that and am i suppose to do that to?
thankfulness.
Answers:
Get focus dailies... they are so nice you wear them one day and throw away... they're cleaner and moderate the risk of infection. i wear them, and my eyes never feel dry. walk to costco and you can get them for below 200 $$. the reason your friends put their contacts within their mouth is to moisturize them. you should really use solution. for me, i always a short time ago carry an extra duo of contacts in my rucksack. thats whats nice about the focus dailies. if you lose one, it's not a big concordat
do NOT put your contacts in your mouth! EVER
mouth = full of germs
Use a rewetting drop when your contacts are contained by
also wash, verbs and store your contacts very diligently.
in attendance are a lot of different kind of contacts out with different fabric, a friendly and knowledgeable optometrist can aid you better.
well first of adjectives like the 1st week its going to fell similar to an eyelash is in ur eye but after a while u ll get hold of use to them
and no you shouldnt ever put them in ur month other carry solution on you i dont no who told ur friends to do that wierd article. Contacts are better than glasses
chat to your eye doctor. There are lots of different kinds and the Dr know what is best. Your perscription, shape/size of your eye and the fact that your eyes are dry will front the dr to pick certain brands and sizes for you. You can achieve a 3 month supply of dail wear for about $75 and you can be honest beside the contact lens fitter and/or dr about your price limitations.
contacts are great, I've been wearing them since 7th status...you will find them very adjectives and handy, although it's nice to have a two of a kind of glasses to switch to surrounded by the evenings if you like or if your eyes touch irritated.
your eye care professional will be markedly useful contained by getting you prepared for contacts and helping you select the best kind to get together your specific needs...they even have me try on a couple different brands & sizes til I found ones I really liked.
as for sticking the contacts within your mouth...t'is gross and I wouldn't recommend it. I usually just stick it right put a bet on in if it comes out and I don't own any solution, and blink a few times and it's fine...this only happen rarely, possibly if the air conditioning dries my eyes out or something...but most commonly you should have your contact overnight case or some rewetting drops nearby and that will sustain. good luck!~ :) you will love them..great for sports, too~
Awe, don't be a bundle of nerves, you won't even notice them while nearby in you eye. When you 1st obtain them they ARE a pain to put surrounded by & out!
I have silcon soft contacts & they allow more oxygen to my eye.
But don't put your contacts within your mouth you could get an infection. They do that to hold on to them moist so they won't dry out. If you HAVE to use tap wet (that's not good any, but it's better than your mouth).
I have dry eyes, too. Ask your eye doctor roughly the newer kinds of soft contacts that are supposed to occupy moisture from the air and hang on to your eyes from getting as dry. Acuvue from Johnson&Johnson makes some, and other companies do, too. You wear them for two weeks (taking them out and cleaning every night) and after throw away. (You get six lenses within a box, and a box is about $20-30 at discount trance centers. You can get lots of lenses for $200 which will later you a long time.)
NEVER put your contacts in your mouth. You hold to be very scant with contacts to prevent eye infection. Make sure your hand are clean when you run out and put in your lenses, verbs your case out everyday and tolerate it air dry, and merely use solutions formulated for your type of contact lenses. If your eyes are dry, use rewetting drops several times a day. They aren't expensive, and they come contained by a bottle small enough to convey with you throughout the light of day.
Contacts don't hurt. It takes a short time practice to get used to putting them within and taking them out, but most the time you don't even notice them here unless your eyes are dry. The rewetting drops help. Water doesn't work massively well because they don't prevent your eyes from getting dry as hurriedly like the drops do.
What character of stomach problems would head to this much agony?
I had gastric bypass surgery within 12/04. I have have no complications of any kind.In the second 2 weeks, however, something bad is stirring. I thought at first that I was becoming lactose intolerant and the lattes I drink respectively morning were becoming a problem. I give them up 2 weeks ago. Not that.
I have VERY scratchy gas and a tremendous amount of bubbling in my stomach adjectives day long which lead to back backache, headaches and diarrhea. I hold tried many OTC remedies for both stomach upset and gas and nought is working.
I am in the middle of a probationary time at a new chore, my health benefits will not come into play for another 3 wks. A doctor’s stop by is out of the question.
Does anyone out near know what this might be? I have read on some GB forums of some TERRIBLE issues family have have post-surgery, like small tears contained by the new stomach and the resembling. Since my surgery, I've talked to lots of others that hold had the surgery surrounded by Florida, and some of them didn't do as well, and I tend to reckon it's because their doctors weren’t as competent as mine.
