mono - tonsilitis?
ive had really swallow tonsils for more or less 4-5 weeks...and about 2 weeks ago i be sick (cold, sore throat) but I got over it, but my tonsils never go back to their artistic size....i went to the doctor yesterday and said I may enjoy mono (which I have have in the past) or acute tonsilitis. The entry is i was on antibotics and steriods to cure my "cold" and my swallow tonsils two weeks ago...and this morning when i woke up i could see the white legions within the back of my throat that I have when I had mono....currently i am tired, getting chills and disorientation on and off, tonsils still swallow, no sore throat though....What do I hold...Answers:
my bf went to the doctor wednesday and they told him he have tonsilitis..hes having surgery to carry them removed...he is also taking antibotics and steriods..he was also have "cold like" symptoms

In my experience, most of the time it's a concern of ignorance, and there are a couple factor. First of all, it's habitually a low-income single mother, who is utterly uneducated in the order of nutrition. (Before you jump me almost that comment, I'm a single mother, and I know that not all single mothers overfeed their kids unwanted items food.)
Additionally, food is comfort. As a child we were poor, and I remember special outings consisting of a $.35 Rite Aid rime cream cone. I remember being rewarded for obedient grades with high-fat high-sugar treats. It become a habit - kid skins his knees, give him a popsicle. Kid throws a tantrum contained by the grocery store, let her enjoy that candy bar. Food become a response to emotion.
I also know a mother who is so anti-confrontational that since Day 1, when her son balked at full-bodied food, she simply gave within and fed him the cheetos, or the white bread and jelly sandwich, or the cookies, whatever. To this daytime, he's never really developed a taste for fine foods, and he's 7. He practically lives on junk food.
I hear about the child you're referring to, and I've see many others on TV as economically. It makes me sick, and terrible, and angry. But I really think we hold to understand that these inhabitants don't do this to their children, or to themselves, on purpose. They requirement education, they call for counseling, they need support. Preferably past the child reaches 300 pounds.

what is wrong?
on tuesday i started getting really bad pains surrounded by my side, it kept me up tuesday night. Wednesday be better but still sore. Thurday my ribs started gettin really tender to touch. Friday my skin was really sensitive and hurts to slightly touch by my ribs. it hurts to breath and even hold my arm subsequent to my side. I thought maybe my ribs cracked again but my doc told me it could be that or shingles comming on. I dont enjoy a rash! Saturday i have a fever and chills and my side hurt alot. Today is Sunday and i get a headache that hurts especially when i cough and a on and off disorientation my side does not hurt so bad but still a touch. Any ideas what is wrong? What cause shingles anyways? Would not of my appendix burst already? My side is getting better! i have my gall bladder removed!Answers:
Shingles are cause by a virus...the chicken pox virus. Stress can cause an attack. The guts become inflamed and you get bumps that blister and look approaching chicken pox.
I would see the doctor again the other symptoms do not sound resembling shingles.

Nurse training/teaching Manikins?
This is a bit long, but please bear next to me, b/c I really need support.I know that this is going to sound approaching a phsyco question, but I want to know. Does ANYONE know where I can buy the above decribed manikins? I'm a nursing student (first semester) and I am looking to buy a manikin similar to we practice with within the lab with at conservatory. I'm a live -in-care giver and so when I set off the house I'm paying (over min. wage mind you) for a sitter to stay w/ my pt. So there fore it costs me so much to only just go to class and stay after long ample to validate my critical skills, that I dont carry enough practice time surrounded by, cause I HAVE to walk off asap to get fund to my pt and get the sitter past its sell-by date the CLOCK. :) :(

I don't know more or less the manniquin, but I was wondering in the order of you paying a sitter. Meals on wheels have a day watchfulness. They provide transportation, meals, comings and goings and it only costs $40 for the adjectives day. Unless her departing the house is a problem, I'd look into it.
