I have applied to be in motion to university this year to study midwifery, but i would really like to gossip to a midwife, to see what its really like!any midwifes/trainee midwifes etc ?

Have a look at the yahoo ukmidwifery mail list. It's run by The Association of Radical Midwives and there's other some interesting discussions going on. There's a student midwives' mailing record around somewhere but I don't know the address.

If you haven't had an interview but do some research and reading before you shift. Try 'Sensitive Midwifery' by Caroline Flint- it's very undeveloped but good on the 'spirit' of midwifery, a bit dated in a minute too I'm afraid. Try and find a copy of the journal 'Practising Midwife' (local or college library) and read that too- sure to impress interviewers. At interview speak that you want to work with women and are interested surrounded by women's health issues, not that you want to work next to babies.

What's it like? Hmm. Busy, tricky work, stressful, emotionally draining and deeply, very much rewarding. I wouldn't do anything else.

You're not going to bleed to disappearance, but it would be much better to have a dermatologist do it. Also hold them check if they are malignant. DO NOT CUT THEM OFF YOURSELF, they are a nice of wart and they won't stop bleeding for a long time plus they would become infected, if you are gonna tie them off you MUST steralize them at indistinguishable time with surgical spirit, and preserve doing it until they turn black and drop off. Have you gone to the doctor? Skin tags can be a sign of some serious medical conditions, such as lymphedema. Do that, and while you're near ask about the best style to remove them.
You could get someone to tie them for you, take home sure its strong tread though and that they are tied right at the bottom. But I'd advise you to be in motion to your doctors. They can remove them very confidently and pain free for you. They simply mop on some liquid nitrogen and it freezes it. It will later be completely gone in a few days.
I wouldn't advocate trimming them, don't think you'd ever bleed to destruction, but you could easily pick up some microbes in the wound or spread it next to whatever you trimmed it near.

I've bookish the hard route. I got run over a few years ago and lived near constant headaches for 2 years, made worse by the stress of losing my employment. (I still suffer most days)

It's important to minimise the motivation as well as make well the symptom, otherwise you'll get continuous headache. Look at what are the causes of stress and what you can do to minimise them. Relationships, work, lifestyle etc. You haven't get to stop everything, aim to reduce the effect of the leading contributors.

Then look at how you can get more relaxation and pleasure (in a non stressful way) into your go, as often as possible.

Meditation and yoga are great for copious. Otherwise, pursue hobbies and other interests. Consider hypnosis, which is guided relaxation. Perhaps drive less and waddle or cycle more, especially if you find driving stressful. Otherwise, try gettng indian head mould, or something similar, where your temple etc will get soothed.

Sufficient point sleep is import to support us manage pressure and furnish us the resilience to keep large pressure from becoming stressful.

Turn your head slowly around, rotate it around your neck. Let it be insubstantial. Turn the other way.

Stand next to one leg in front. Rotate your foot clockwiseanticlockwise... do the same for the other.
