Best entity to do is use a loofa and plain clear glycerin soap. It may not be that he isnt cleaning but the dyes perfumes moisterizers etc are not rinsing clear. Glycerin soap is the best cleanser out here and its cheap.

Ok. Well i am in middle arts school, and i lost about 15 lbs over the summer by running a mile or two a afternoon, and i stopped drinking sodas. Water is all i drink still and it have been going on for 8 mounths.

I also try to put away a lot of Organic Foods. Try to munch through a new strong food once every few days.

I started this on Jan 3, 2007. Most lunch and dinner meal are interchangeable. I try to keep my calories underneath 1400 a day, but I havent started working out but, which would definatley speed up the process. I've lost 6-7 lbs so far. Here are a few examples on what I eat each day:

snacks (choose one between breakfast and lunch, and another
between lunch and dinner or one for after dinner)
*1 orange
*1 smart ones desserts (in the frozen section)
*1 consignment watchers ice cream fishing rod
*4 T. light cool beat, 1/2 slightly frozen banana and 3 crumbled vanilla wafers
lunch (choose 1)
*for a light lunch- can of sardines near 10 crackers
*lean cusine or healthy microwaveable suppertime
*large salad and small side of meat
dinner (choose 1)
*large salad with meat
*another microwaveable dinnertime
*grilled (gorge forman grill) lean beef or chicken- no oil
I try not to put away after 8PM, but I have a few times since starting this. I drink LOTS of dampen, even when I'm not thirsty. This isnt really a "diet" or a rael plan, I'm just keeping track of what I devour as I go respectively day. Well I lost 35 pounds ultimate year by:
1.) Drinking a glass ofwarm river w/ lemon (as soon as I woke up)
2.) Around 10 or 11am: eating fruit. (Like cut up cantelope w/ an apple) I merely ate fruit until 12pm.
3.) Around 12pm -1 pm: eat a granola pub w/ more fruit or veggies ( I love celery w/ peanut butter or a handful of almonds w/ fruit)
4.) Around 3-4pm I would eat approaching a 100 calorie snack w/ green tea. ( Popcorn, those 100 calorie snacks)

My mother seems to other feel it is space heater than it really is. This has be going on for at least the closing 5 or so years and probably up until 2 years ago before she admit her temperature enormity is a little "off". When her and the loved ones come to visit me, she other has my AC blasting cold.
