If he be in partnership, or he sold his practice, next those folks should have your documentation, possibly in storage.
If the doctor have partners that still are surrounded by practice, you may be able to catch your old history from them, or at least find out what happen to them.
If the procedures were done surrounded by a hospital, the hospital will have the store. They will be on microfilm, so it will take a touch while to get them, but they should be available.
Other than that, doctors do not hold to keep your dated records forever. Seventeen years is longer than most doctors would hold on to inactive chronicles anyway.
For the future, save your own files. Don't be afraid to ask doctors for copies of operative reports or lab tests or other documents that may be adjectives for other doctors to see in the adjectives. I'm solely 4'11". will I get hold of any taller?
I'm 14 and I'm 4'11", almost 5'. I'm very athletic and I get through VERY healthy. So pretty much I do everything and guzzle correctly, the way teens are supposed to. My dad is more or less 5'10" and my mom is around 5'4"-5'5", but my dad's parents are pretty short and my mom's mom is tall, almost 6' i ponder. i judge when you reach almost 25, you'll start slowing your growth in distance from the ground. after that, watch out for your middle...that spare tire.

but if you wear someone else's clothes who already stink (the clothes I mean) then ya you'll smell too unless you mop up the clothes, that is.

I believe the odor is caused by germs.. if you transfer the clothing minus washing out the germs then some of the odor transfers too.
