To relax and feel better after a difficult afternoon, I usually stop thinking too much and start directing my line of thought towards things that I really similar to. I have created a dynamic ambiance for myself that I can summon at any time, any place I want. It'd not be necessary to call it a "dream-world" but yes, it is a world of *my* dreams.
Here is my world explained-
1- Self-portrayal
No issue how I look or appear at that moment, I start thinking of what clothes or accessories will suit me best. I picture myself contained by three-piece suits, newsboy caps, leather jacket, cool new shades and exclusive stuff.
If I have the money, adjectives my thoughts are now concentrated on where on earth and how am I going to shop for these things. I feel appropriate about myself and it really help. If the dreams are too expensive for the money, it is still fine.... there is no cost for dreaming, right?
I sometimes also try out those twosome of trousers and jackets that I forgot even existed contained by my wardrobe; and look at myself in the mirror. It is amusing and it make me forget the rest of the world.
2- Photo albums, old books, sweet memories.
Nostalgia can cut you stale from the current scheme of things contained by seconds. Looking at prehistoric pictures, books, magazines take us back surrounded by time and makes us realise how much of the environment do we miss while running after day-to-day stuff. In old photos and books, at hand are always things that we didn't see or awareness earlier. Can you hear the unpromising day aphorism "Good-bye"?
3- Go outdoors, check out some faces...
If you are more of an outgoing personality and staying at home and ruminating is just not your point, you can go, waddle out the door and roam around. It is always best to walk off home without any purpose within mind. Just see people confer, laugh, exchange blows etc and be a part of the crowd... short actually "one a part of the crowd." I mean- be an bystander of the pace but, don't surface the compulsion to maintain up with the stride. Let the people come and be in motion. You just sit here in the Café, thieve deeper breaths and smaller coffee sips.... and remember to smile.
4- Self-revival
This is my favourite but, lowest employed way of thought better. An old hobby resembling painting or writing could use more of your time at such times. Just hose your hands genuine good, sit down, pick up a brush, some colors and catch started....
Or if you like listen to music, pick up the CDs that haven't been played for more than a month. Watching a movie/ TV is another leeway but, that isn't as fulfilling as the revival of your own guitar-playing or singing skills.
I usually, play old hindi tracks and copy my voice (which isn't that great.... *blush* *blush*) on my computer's sound recorder.
Anything that revives the child, the poet, the artist surrounded by me...
When I've had a really stressing afternoon, I (try to) go to bed rash. Have a nice shower or bath, put on some comfy clothes, and read/listen to music/watch TV.

i look for soothing things... some things that hold worked for me in times gone by are water... whether a hot hip bath with candles and soft music, or a cool refreshing dip contained by a lake or cataract. close your eyes and feel the sensation, it will bring you to a different place.
1960s R & B music is an instant pick me up. you can't help but smile a short time... in certainty i'm at work listening to "signed hermetic delivered, i'm yours" right presently and its infectious beat have me tapping at most minuscule one toe...
is there a smell or a fancy that puts you at ease? burn incense, candles... receive a favorite dish... or try planting and tending to something indoors or out! gardening is close to medicine for some associates...
and there are studies that hold proven that petting a dog or cat can soothe almost anyone. and THEY like it too (just sort sure they're friendly first.)

i am a single mother of four. seems resembling i'm always typing that to as if when culture read that they will all of a sudden know what it feels approaching. today i've been stale n on the pc, waiting for files to be emailed for "work". roughly i input data for my dad who lives out of town. anywho, my existence is filled beside demands, and self inflicted guilt about not providing satisfactory time, money, energy, play, milk, programme, dicipline, you name it i other think i'm not giving ample. and maybe i am or perchance i'm not. then there's my personal dream. im an artist, and havent painted contained by months. i love to write and dont have the "energy" to seize it going. so i'm this being that lives to a short time ago get thru the morning. my kids are their fathers for the weekend. When women scarcity testosterone, they have no motivation or enthusiasm and just want to hibernate. If you've have 4 kids, it's possible your hormones are very low. It's also learned to take a look at your diet.

I own 2 kids, and their like little hurricanes. A siesta once in a while is ok but what you are relating me is that you may be depressed. Any parent that cares give or take a few their kid will always quiz if they are doing everything the best that they can. I am sure that you are a caring and loving mom but it sounds resembling depression is getting in the approach of your life.
Here is what I suggest. Today you are to do art. Get going and if you can not deem of something then here is your assignment. Paint a view or a picture of your kids.
If you are still feeling low most of the time after keep surrounded by mind that depression is a medical condition and you may want to see the doctor to see what he may suggest. It may be that you need some medication for depression or someone to discuss to.
Other then that hold your chin up and do not let the doldrums drag you down.

I've been to the doc's. I get up up and seem fine, usually, but by 12pm I'm doing a tour to falling on my face. I've have tests done next to no results. I have no motivation. I be getting severe joint twinge, but everything came up gloomy. The pain seem to come with the kick-off of warm weather; not usual. Well I am not a doctor so I can't tell you what is wrong but conceivably you should consider seeing a specialist if your doctor can not figure out what the problem is. You know your body best, and if you meditate there is something wrong consequently there probably is.

you may just involve to exfoliate a little more and return with all that limp skin. For guys (and I even use it) pick up some of the face scrub for men by Clinique, its really strong and works REALLY capably. You can get it at the clinique counter at the shopping arcade ;)

First, hold back your time in the sunshine, surrounded by summer and in winter, (if applicable) stay out of extreme temp lows near blowing wind. Some of this could be cause by skin chaffing.
At 15 wrinkles are not long-lasting. Ask your mom if you can borrow some of her skin moisterizer for your forehead and be sure you let her know of your legal concerns, (if she uses it that is. This is winter, so temps and unusual conditions can be involved).
Then try using in recent times some normal tanning lotion beside SPF. I know that does not sound terribly rational contained by winter, but IF you are getting excessive UV, this will help. Also, if you frown, this will motive your forehead to wrinkle...or appear to. Stay happy.
