Stilts is a good process to be taller. Sorry just a quip. Seriously I am 39 and only 5'6'' and I've other wanted to be taller but immediately I'm pretty secure beside who I am. If you are under 21 you most without doubt have some more growing to do. The best passageway is to do stretching exercises and eat well-balanced meal. Get plenty of proteins and proper rest. Sometimes more often than naught, our genes will just allow us to be so tall. Good luck
