I have matching problem. It's because you tense these muscles when you cough. Oh dear! I had duplicate problem for years. I tried different kind of pills but I felt approaching stoned and I was close to become addicted,I wouldn't recommend that..Now I consistency better and I sleep more hours.I always hold a nice hot bath beforehand sleeping,I play relaxing music and I go to the gym for plentiful hours so that I get tired ample to feel sleepy.I even have started kick boxing for a while.It did relief a lot.Hope you find your sleep soon!

So, in desperation, I started drinking milk again, which give relief from the GIRD and carbuncle, but gave me the lactose intolerance problems; diarrhea, irritable bowel, etc. Well, I kept it up, and after around 2 months, those problems DISAPPEARED, and I can now, once again, drink milk near no trouble.
Anyway, that's my experience. Hope this helped.
