i have a swollen ring around the piercing, could this be a keloid, and infection or lately normal within the healing process?how can i make smaller the swelling and decrease the occasion of it happening again?

Through personal experience I hold learned that contact lens if truth be told help 'slow down' degeneration of eyes.

I would suggest he try both, and see which one he like better. I got a 3 month supply of contacts, and I detest them. I find them very mortified, but if I go out for an evening, and I don't want to wear specs, I like have the option of the contacts.

It could be, but I actually own been diagnosed next to chronic mono. Meaning that it comes and goes. I don't hark back to ever having a sore throat, but in attendance will be days that I am borderline useless, having no dash for work or even decent thought. Try consumption an orange every morning for breakfast. It sounds dietary.

What have you experienced beside your thyroid? What symptoms have you have? Problems you have have? Tell me anything you possibly can about anything to do next to your thyroid experiences/problems...I ask because 6 years ago, my doctor wanted to tryout my thyroid and all this time, I thought it designed he wanted to stick a requirement in my throat. He thought I have hypothyroidism, but I never got tested for it because I fright needles and the thought of one going near my throat.

Uggh. Poor thing, I hold the same problem, other have. It is genetic, unluckily, but fortunately there are things you can do to lessen the dimness. I have to do it adjectives the time! I've other had them and to be honest, the sleep, drinking dampen advice that others enjoy mentioned is all biddable, but its pretty well genetic. If I know I want shut of them for a special instant, I put a bit of 8 hour cream under my eyes past bed - it seems to work but I am not sure why so suspect its psychological!
