I would get a second feelings. A twenty minute dizzy spell is not normal. I would follow up on this if your doctor is not.

Everyone who is in the public place have the right to enjoy the experience. It is not as agreeable for those who don't smoke if they have no choice but to inhale second mitt smoke. It is also a health issue. Second appendage smoke is unhealthy. I don't want to be subjected to it, nor do I want my children to inhale it. Smokers enjoy the right to smoke, but should not when it is offensive or risky to the health of others.
Because secondhand smoke can be merely as dangerous as smoking. People choose not to smoke so they won't suffer strength problems, and they shouldn't choose between leaving a public place or self forced to breathe in the smoke in recent times because somebody else is nearby.
Inhaling second appendage smoke is damaging to everyone, especially children. Exposing children and adults to toxic substances in the heavens that they're breathing is horrible. If you choose to do it to yourself in such a style that nobody else will be breathing the air around you, I suppose that's alright, but even smoke disappeared on clothes can be harmful, especially to inhabitants with asthma.
