good luck to you i hold smoked 50 years and i have not have a cig since the 13 december this year i are using patches from clinic lone 4 weeks to go presently on them .so around 8 weeks without a cig and bloody gag for 1 but i are not going to give contained by as you dont relise how bad it smells untill you own stoped .and my food tastes better also i quality better in myself.plus it as be hard for me as my hubby smokes also my house cant stop them just because i want to stop .please try beside your will power as i are doing it is very frozen but you can do it.i smoked 40 a day.worthy luck.anne

My words of knowledge are this: NEVER GO COLD TURKEY! You have to wean yourself. So smoke a cigarette. Figure out a means of access to systematically cut down every few days or week or whatever you choose. You will move about through serious withdrawal and you are already have compulsive cravings. Not fun, not the smartest way to run.
Some people can be in motion cold turkey when they have a traumatic experience but...most general public can't. You're not superhuman. Figure out a plan for yourself, and find something that you can hold in your mouth that feel like a cigarette because you are also addicted to that aspect of it too. Good luck.
