Hey, when i see myself in a mirror i see tubby, but when i'm dressed and see myself, i see myself as slim, am i just individual really silly?? I do eat really healthily and exercise alot but surely no concern how i see myself, it should be the same respectively time?

I see myself differently with clothes on too because depending on the outfit, it can be flattering to my shape or immensely unflattering. As long as you get a sensible amount of exercise and get through healthy, you are probably ok.

There are two option you can try these are things that I have personal experience beside.

1) You can try getting contacts. I find them uncomfortable sometimes

Everyone is sick...more vitamin C??

Everyone around me is sick, my co-workers, my roomates, and my boyfriend! I can't afford to be sick again. I am currently taking 1 multivitamin and 1 vitamin C per day (total of 560 mg of vitamin C). Should I increase the amount of vitamin C right in a minute to help within not getting it or getting it bad (to 1060 mg)? Also, what else should I do to shield myself from it? (I carry sick VERY easily)

I take 150 mg a sunshine as a preventative for migraines. I must say that it have truely been my miracle drug. Before topamax, i be having 3-5 migraines a week. Now i'm down to 1-2 a month. I did experience a few minor side effects at first, sodas taste flat. My hands, and somestimes tongue would become tingly. Almost as if my foot had fall alseep. Well I don't know if it helps beside migraines but I can tell you that I be put on it to treat bipolar disorder symptoms. It's nickname is "dopomax". And it have that name for a basis. When I was up to 200mg of the stuff it be like I be as high as a kite adjectives the time. I was making rice-a-roni and I open the box and went to pour the contents within the pan and missed and newly watched it slop on the floor and laughed my butt stale. It didn't turn out to great for me but people respond to things differently. On the bright side, everyone requirements to get on topomax because it make you lose weight--or that's what I've heard.
