Wear and Tear- This proposition means unsophisticatedly what it sounds like. Over time the body purely wears out throughout the lifespan.
Death Gene- Some scientists believe that everybody is preprogrammed next to a "death gene" that pretty much act as a stop watch. They believe that at a spot on point in time your cell just stop divided and call a halt to grow resulting in disappearance.

I'm not religious and believe death is cause by poor health/nutrition/excercise and fate. I miserable babies die because of something in the body failing right? I throw out to believe in a God that take a babies life for adjectives of you "It's God's will" people. So it must any be fate or poor health/nutrition/excercise. I have be struggling to stop smoking.Cold turkey, sucks and makes me route to stressed.

I own recently be told that there are some prescription medicine that help you to stop smoking, and that they work enormously well. Has anybody tried them? If so, what one did you try, and how in good health has it worked for you?

I took Wellbutrin, and it worked approaching a charm. No cravings, no problem. They told me to take it for six weeks and preserve smoking for the first two weeks. Then just stop. That's exactly what I did, eight years ago (after smoking for 24 years and trying really knotty to quit a bunch of times.) I couldn't believe how easy it be.
Zyban is the same tablets, sold specifically as a quit-smoking aid. If you get a prescription for Zyban, you will probably own to pay for it out-of-pocket. It ain't cheap.
If you draw from your doctor to write the prescription for Wellbutrin instead, you get like peas in a pod medicine (as an antidepressant) and your insurance will probably settle for it. Just tell your doctor you are depressed more or less smoking :>0
No, they do not work at least not for me none of that helpful of crap did. You have to truly want to stop and only do it the first couple of weeks are ruff for awhile but what did work for me was a combo of lifesavers, and chewing gum. I have tried to quit for years and wasn't able to until I met the right woman and she didn't close to smokers so I just stopped. I spent in the region of as much for the first couple of months in lifesavers but I did it, don't gamble away your money on gimmicks freshly stop.

No, freshly do so in moderation. Depending on how it affects you, it might be too much for your system. I know I tend to acquire pretty weak for a while after so I wouldn't drink for a time or so.
