One piece that helped for my dad is a appliance called a CPAP. He be a terrible snorer and have some tests done and they found it he have sleep apnea. The CPAP is sort of like an oxygen contraption but helps near not only the sleep apnea but also the snoring.

Good luck, my dh snores like the world is coming to an shutting. He was checked by a doctor, and he have no medical problems. He tried the strips and I tried the ear plugs with no nouns. When the snoring is so bad, I sleep surrounded by another room.

I've had a chronic headache for several years in a minute. Some days are worse than others.
