How do I stop from faint?
When I am doing parade for Australian Army Cadets and I own to stand up for 1/2 hour I start to feel lightheaded and go from hot to cold.1. Is in that a permanent course to fix this?

Have your glucose levels checked, it's possible that your sugar is dropping. Eating something beforehand formations may help.

Are you locking your knee's? I can not explain exactly why.. but when you lock your knee's in place for an extended length of time. it will cause faint.
Many a Bride.. Groom and their attendents... even a few clergy men have hit the floor for that deeply reason...
You may also want to check beside your doctor to make sure here isn't a medical reason your faint... it can be brought on by a mulititude of illnesses and conditions.

Kinda sounds approaching they are using Methampetamine. When the user "crashes" they sleep for days at a time. When they are using, they stay up for days at a time "tweeking" or other words starting "projects" that they never complete. If you know someone who is using Meth, best thing to do is plan an intervention and trying to convince them that they inevitability help. Meth is significantly addictive and once a person starts, they can't stop short serious help and intervention.

Seriously, your butt is actually the drastically top of your legs, not just extra mass minus use. Humans just tend to pack on extra heavy in this nouns because we use it as a seat. Other animals once in a blue moon do. And since you have two legs, it make sense to have two sides, right? Can you envisage trying to walk next to your cheeks glued together? Why do I bring back severe migraines around final exam time?
It is almost like clock work. Around final exams I bring back sever migraines. They usually start around two or three days before my exam. I know when I am going on for to get one because my trance starts to go funny and sometimes my eyes in truth look messed up. When I have a migraine I obtain sick, I am sensitive to light and nouns (my senses seemed to be heightened) and my speech is slured. The niggle is so unbearable that I want to saw my cranium off!! I can not move and one and only sometimes medication works. But I cannot understand why this happen especially around final exams. I do get migraines at other times as very well, but it seems especially around finals and my extent. By the way I am contained by my thirties so has nought to do with puberty. Any thoughts?Answers:

I feel it's just stress...you should relax and not consider so much on your exams... you consult a doctor because you should not get migranes really habitually...
I get regular migraines which are freshly awful. But stress and not getting enough sleep can really push migraines to another height. Get atleast 7-8 hrs or sleep and remember to take breaks when studying and writing papers on your computer and so on.
I clutch a bunch of meds to prevent and stop my migraines. But alot of people I know who don't carry alot of them swear by the regular over the counter migraine pills. Take a multivitamin when you need a boost of dynamism. Also sleep in a room beside no light what so ever. Studys hold been done which show you are more feasible to get a migraine again if you sleep contained by a room that isn't pitch black.
If the problem doesn't stop see a neurologist. They can help you near figuring out the triggers and getting you the right meds.
